Amazing communication. I had a text shortly after checking to ensure everything was in order and to check to see if there were any issues, communication before the trip was also immediately available too. The house itself was great too and fit our large party perfectly with room to spare. We ended up having a party of 9 all on the patio eating dinner as a group very comfortably. This place would be great for both summer and winter and I would highly recommend it.

TLDR: Wonderful place, wouldn't hesitate to rent again, not cookie cutter, sterile rental property, huge! Never having been to Bend, OR, my four mates and I decided to rent a home in Bend itself to avoid having to drive everywhere so we could check out the town for a boys weekend. The description of the place made it seem pretty sizable, but the home is pretty enormous. Three families with children I think would easily fit in the house, each with their own floor to occupy :) Having visited many VRBOs in the past, we appreciated that the place was well stocked with necessities: things like paper towels, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent and dryer sheets, spices for cooking, coffee maker/coffee/filters. Basically all the little things you hope are there when you get to a rental, and when you're not you really wish you didn't have to buy as many of them as you have to at a grocery or convenience store because you're only going to use a few instead of the 20-30 pieces that come standard. Outdoor patio furniture to lounge on, grill outside, and big comfy couches/sectionals on all levels in the common areas. Easy hookups via HDMI to TV to use your computers/game consoles. Wireless with no dead spots throughout the house and yard. Huge garage also to park in... Location wise, it was perfect for what we needed: a central base to explore Bend. PROS: right next to the Deschutes river (across the street) and 5 minute walk to the Old Mill shopping restaurants, and maybe 15 minute walk to the standing surfing wave. Downtown was a bit more of a walk (like 30-40 minutes), 20 minute drive to the airport, 20 minute drive to the forest/volcanic national park area; pretty much everything was at the most 20 minutes :). CONS: It was near a relatively busy street/roundabout so if you have light sleepers, you'll want earplugs because traffic starts up around 7 on the roundabout on weekdays. Also, I think the upstairs bunk room gets pretty bright with sunrise, I wasn't sleeping there but the guys that were I think said it wasn't possible to actually get the room dark because the sun would come through the windows in the bathroom, to which there didn't seem to be a door? We loved the place, communication with the proprietor was spot on and quick and responsive, and again, wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

We had the pleasure of staying for 10 days in the Woodriver house to take advantage of the location directly across from a great park and direct river access. It was the perfect location to let kids go off on their own and be able to walk to Old Mill, downtown, etc. The home itself was perfect for 8 + people with tons of space, high quality finishes, top level beds, sheets, and a great deck to enjoy meals outside. The property management was top notch and the vacation could not have been any better. Our teen kids loved taking out their bikes on their own and going to the river every day.

Great location near the water. Easy walking access to grassy area and some nearby shopping. Large open common areas. Wish it had been warmer so we could have taken advantage of the outdoor space. Kitchen equipment is a little sparse but we didn’t do any major meals so not a big deal. The pod coffee machine was a nice touch.

This home is located right on the River and walking distance to all the Fun spots in Bend. It also is super close to the road to Bachelor and a million miles of hikes and MTN Bike trails. The house is set up to accommodate lots of different type of groups. The sleeping set up allows for a family reunion or a large group The Master is awesome. Kitchen/great room are set up for entertainment. There are 5 different areas inside and outside the house to have meetings or just relax. Kitchen was set up for anything you need. Not only did the weather showed off for the perfect weekend in Bend, but our host also showed off a beautiful home to stay in too! We enjoyed biking, hiking, running, strolls around the river, shopping, and eating until our hearts and stomachs burst. WoodRiver house is in the perfect location for all of your Bend activities. We had a large group of family with kids and this house was perfect to keep us together for meals and Ganesh the bunk room was perfect and the kids loved the living area right outside their room. The kitchen was spacious and had all the things needed to make large meals. The heaters on the deck were perfect to break the chill so we could watch the activity at the river. This was a perfect jumping off point to most anywhere in Bend. Easy walk along the river to the mill, shops, breweries, places to eat. Very comfortable, clean, and any amenity you would need is provided. Great to have a garage to park in. We worked from the home for a week and excellent WiFi. Nice to have separate floors to work from without disturbing each other. A really pleasant stay. Thank you !

Beautiful home and perfect place for family gathering in town for wedding festivities! We took full advantage of perfect location for floating on the river during a very hot week as well as walking down to Old Mill for shopping and outside dining at Monkless , Greg’s Grill and Crosscut to name all few. Also an easy walk to explore downtown Bend and more fun at several breweries. We floated, we hiked, we golfed and we biked and enjoyed the great outdoor patios on both levels for gathering and lawn games. Very spacious and comfortable home and exceeded our expectations,

We loved the lay out of the house with multiple living areas, great for a big group. The location was very central to many attractions and activities in Bend. River access, walking to coffee, shopping and restaurants. Although set back on a busy street the large balcony to sit and relax made it easy to overlook. We would definitely stay her again!! The only suggestion I would recommend is having some toys in the garage… basketball, football, inner tubes just for extra recreational fun! Thanks for making our trip a memorable one.

This is a beautiful home. Our daughter was married in Bend and our family stayed here for several days before and after the wedding. The floor plan is very nice for a larger or multi-family group as there are separate living areas on each of the three floors. Very well stocked with everything we needed. It is right across the street from the river and running/walking trail and down the street from the shops and restaurants at The Mill.

It was a great experience. Had a weekend getaway with the guys, 30 min to skiing Mt Bachelor, 5 minute walk to an incredible nature trail along the Dechuttes river, and all the breweries you could hope for about 2 miles away. Location was great, the house is spacious, has an incredible view, and has a nice patio area too. I highly reccomend this house assuming you have a group of people to fit it.

We had a great experience staying at this home in Bend. The location was perfect for us. It was a short walk to the river for floating and not too far away from the downtown area. This house was *way* bigger than we expected, which ended up being amazing since we had a large group. The location is perfect. Walking distance to Sister's Coffee in Old Mill in the mornings, then hop on some Bird bike rentals and get anywhere on either side of town within 10 minutes. Not to mention the river is right there across the street. I would definitely book this place again!

Our group of seven had an excellent stay in Bend at this place. As other reviews have said, the house is massive and we could have easily had three separate groups stay and not have known the other was there. The beds were comfortable and soundproofing was nice so that we couldn't hear much of the traffic in the morning. While we didn't cook in the kitchen over the course of our stay, it had all of the amenities we'd have wanted - gas stove, numerous cutting boards, and sharp knives for prep work. The house was right across from the Deschutes River trail which took us straight into town, and was close enough to the freeway that it made getting to the lava lands very easy. I'd highly recommend this place for anyone looking, and it's probably even better in the winter for skiing and snowboarding.

Or we could not have had a better rental for our family vacation. I live in Bend and rented this for my family and it had them all in love with Bend instantly. Everyone was able to bike and walk to things in town. We walked across the street to the river to float multiple days. The house came with all toiletries. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the appliances he would ever need. There was enough space for all of the families to spread out and not feel like you were on top of each other. We spent most of our time on the beautiful, huge shaded porch. It was a dream porch- that was our favorite part. Everything was clean and the house is truly stunning, better than the photos. We will be back absolutely!

Wow what a perfect house for a group! Our adult kids joined us for family vacay. Our son & DIL have a 7 month old, this house had everything for a baby! Sleeping arrangements couldn’t have been better, beds were so comfy! Everyone was comfortable and happy. The location was perfect! Walking distance to Old Mill and right across the street from the water where we took our paddle boards. The round-about was near the back patio, it was fun watching all the cars and people. We were told Alexia would help us if needed but never could find her. The wine fridge didn’t work and left side of the stove didn’t work but other than that….PERFECTION!! Hoping to make this a year tradition. My only complaint is the time passed too quickly!

The location can't be beat! 0.5 miles to the Old Mill District and 1.7 miles to the downtown shops and restaurants ... not to mention the beautiful view of the Deschutes river right off the back deck. This is a great property with lots of room to spread out. The location is fantastic. The only thing to note is that it is directly in front of a busy road. Being a city person, I did not mind the cars! Being able to walk to the Old Mill was fantastic. The double garage and the fact that primary bedroom, kitchen, and main living area are all on the same level makes it super easy to handle bags and groceries. The park across the street is lovely with great river and mountain views. We had some challenges with the WiFi but the property manager was very responsive and helpful.

We had a great stay for a summer girls trip! There were only 7 of us so it felt very spacious! It was a nice location, very walkable to different areas we wanted to go. We loved having a big kitchen and spent a lot of time on the deck on the main floor when we were there! Our only issue was with the A/C not working properly on the main floor. They were trying to fix it while we were there so I expect this is not a usual thing. The hosts with iTrip were responsive and friendly and were able to accommodate us checking in a couple hours early. Highly recommend!

The upstairs bunk room can get very warm and the AC is locked to 71degrees so we had to run the room fan and open windows to keep the kids cool. Still highly recommend for groups and families.

The family was delighted with the Woodriver house. The gourmet kitchen had everything we needed to prepare dinners and breakfast. All sleeping areas were super comfy and spacious. Having the garage was so convenient for loading and unloading our ski days. We took advantage of the easy access to walking trails along the Deschutes River and Old Mill District district.

We travel each winter with multiple families for some Mt. Bachelor fun and typically stay in Sun River. This year we decided to stay in Bend and visit the town more. 10/10 recommend this property. It had plenty of rooms and living rooms/rec rooms for everybody to hang out or have their own space. It was close to everything, and right along the river with a path...it'd be an excellent place to stay in the warmer months as well.

This was such a great rental! It fit our whole family, the kitchen was incredibly stocked and the location was dreamy. We took walks along the River to Old Mill District, cooked family meals in the kitchen and just had an ideal trip. Looking forward to our next stay in this house.

This house was great and the location was as ideal.Walking distance to the Old mill shopping and restaurants. It had plenty of room to spread out and the additional living spaces were perfect for lounging and getting away. The bathrooms were nice and modern. The kitchen was laid out nice and a perfect gathering area for meals and great conversations over drinks. We enjoyed the sound system and some fun times. The back deck was one of our favorite spots when the weather was right and the heaters made up for the cold. We loved this place and hope to stay here again on our next trip back to Bend.

Spaceous and clean home, thoughtfully decorated and stocked with everything one could need. We loved our stay for it's close proximity to walking trails and the highway that leads up to Mt Bachelor.

We returned to this house for the second time, because the location is central to shopping and family living in town, it's very clean, the kitchen is well stocked, everything works, beds are great, it's nicely furnished and communication with iTrip is easy. We'll be back again!

This is our second time staying at WoodRiver House. The location is great for outdoor activities, shopping and family living in Bend. The house meets all our needs. Its kitchen is well stocked, beds are very comfortable, nicely decorated and very clean. We love the sheltered, outdoor table area and spend much of out time there. We will return.

We loved gathering at the WoodRiver house. There was plenty of space to stretch out and we loved the wonderful open-plan kitchen and bbq. Amazing views of the river, and miles of trails to explore. When we asked for more towels, paper goods, and coffee supplies, the mgt team was responsive. They sent someone over to find the missing controller for the lovely fireplace. Unseasonably cool June weather!

Amazing house and perfect for my family of 6! We enjoyed every minute of our stay and would definitely book again. The location was perfect for floating on the river and walking into Old Mill District. Thanks for such a great stay!

We loved our stay here! It is a beautiful, spacious and comfortable home. The front patio was amazing to relax and look out over the river! We loved the easy access the river and trail and easily walked to the old mill district for shopping and eating.

We had a family reunion in Bend where 2 of my sons and their families live. We absolutely loved this house, it met all of our needs. After a day of sightseeing or floating the river, we relaxed on the covered deck, watching the kids play in the park across the street. I would rent this house again.

If you want luxury and a central location for all that Bend has to offer, this is the perfect place. Checkin, communication, and accommodations were all first rate. We hope to be back again soon.

This house is absolutely perfect for a large family with kids/grandkids/teenagers because there are three different sleeping areas, each with privacy. The kitchen was incredibly well supplied. Even the knives were sharp which is unusual. It was quite expensive for a location that, while central, was very loud (the house overlooks a rotary/traffic circle). Sitting outside on the beautiful shady porch wasn't as peaceful as we had hoped. Noise sensitive folks might opt for a spot with a more quiet outdoor lounging area. Overall, though, we would come back! Many thanks.

The WoodRiver house was a wonderful place to stay for our extended family! Lots of space and beautiful views. Very easy to walk all over Bend and awesome to be so close to the River Trail.
