Mount Hood is a fantastic place for winter sports. There are multiple great spots to ski, snowboard, sled, and hike.

The beds are all updated and incredibly comfortable. It will be a challenge to not sleep in.

We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

Location and space worked well for us. The hanging doors are cute however they have large gaps to the hallway so it’s doesn’t feel like any room has privacy. Otherwise the house was in a great location and the space is perfect for a groups of teenagers. We enjoyed the house very much!

Cool rustic vintage A frame. Clean and the beds were comfy. The living room and den are filled with cool, funky vintage furniture. We loved how close it was to downtown Govy. Had a great stay. Things to note: Bedrooms are small- no windows in 2 of them and the barn doors on the bedrooms and bathroom were not very sound or light blocking. But the beds were very comfortable and I slept great.

We had a blast on Mt. Hood over spring break! We walked to Summit Pass and enjoyed snowboarding every day. It was fun taking the shuttle up to Timberline and snowboarding almost right to the front door of the cabin. In the evening we took the kids to the Ratskeller and had fun eating pizza and playing video games. Everything was walkable from the cabin. Rooms were good and cozy. The house is much bigger than it looks in the pictures. Kitchen was good. Basement games were fun for the kids.

Loved our stay at the Snowball House! Super cozy with great space in the basement for teens with games (Xbox and ping pong), lounging, etc. I came here with my husband, college-age kids and their partners. Barn doors for the bedrooms and downstairs bathroom so be aware if you are needing noise control for sleep. Upstairs loft is adorable and cozy as well. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. House is also walkable to restaurants and downtown Govy. Wish the fireplace was operable during our visit but it didn’t hinder the great memories we made here this weekend. Will definitely coming back to this place!! Thanks for having us!
