Tenant Requirements: Tenant stated on the Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age and acknowledge that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.

One of the best condos we've booked in Bend. We loved the easy access to the River Trail Loop and also being centrally located to so many restaurants and the shopping in Downtown Bend. The area was extremely quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed watching the deer from the deck while having our morning coffee. We will definitely book with them again.

We have stayed twice in Rabbit’s Rest condo in Mt Bachelor Villiage and it really starting to feel like our second home. We love this place! The kitchen is fully equipped with pretty much anything and everything you need including a coffee grinder and fresh coffee beans to grind. The property has been recently remodeled so all the furnishing are new and super clean. The loft bedroom is especially comfortable with a large closet for all your personal items. The owner has installed a “mini-split” heat pump which keeps the condo cool in the summer and toasty warm in the winter, plus has a gas log fireplace for those romantic evenings. Off the living room is a deck with a wonderful view of the forest, very private and great for evening gatherings and BBQ’s. Mount Bachelor Villiage has hiking/jogging trails that connect to the Deschutes River trail and it is a pleasant walk to Farewell Bend Park and the Old Mill District. We have family that live in the Bend area so we visit Bend several times a year and Rabbit’s Rest has become our favorite place to stay.
