Please be aware that some noise may travel between apartments, especially if doors and window are open. City of Bend quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am and are enforced as are Bend's Good Neighbor Guidelines. Thank you for respecting our neighbors and helping everyone enjoy this peaceful retreat in Bend. The Good Neighbor Guidelines are in the binder.

Lovely little cottage in a great location overlooking Drake Park and the Deschutes River. Since the cottage is situated roughly halfway between the Old Mill District and downtown everything was close by and an easy walk. Reg was an excellent host. He responded immediately to a question about the A/C. Would definitely rent again.

This little cottage is so well-appointed and conveniently located. You can easily walk to downtown, Old Mill, the river trail, parks, and more (so many restaurants and bars). It is also literally right across the street from Drake Park. We had easy access and put our kayak and paddle board on the water. The only thing to know is that it is on a busy street, but if one uses the little fan in the bedroom, it eases the sound of any traffic. We would stay again, but in fairness, one should know about that. Other than that, great place and awesome location for a couple.

Amazing location!! Across the street from Drake Park, 1/2 mile from downtown, close proximity to multiple breweries, coffee, etc. The place was great and had everything we needed. When I called the host about concerns, I received an immediate response. This place was a bit expensive but located in the middle of everything. We had a great time!!
