This incredibly spacious six-bedroom home is just west of Portland and allows you to comfortably sleep 16 in beds. Everything is new, including the home! The open floor plan allows everyone to enjoy the space together while also offering tons of amenities with something for everyone. There are two large main floor bedrooms, one with a king and the other with a queen bed. The garage has been converted into a recreation room, complete with ping pong table and seating. The backyard also has a hot tub for your family and group to enjoy.

Upstairs, there are four more large bedrooms. One was converted into a bunk room complete with media entertainment and seating which includes two twin over full bunk beds. You will also find a number of games the whole family can enjoy. There are two additional bedrooms with queen beds, while the master bedroom has a second king bed. The master bathroom is large and comfortable and boasts a walk-in shower as well as a Jacuzzi tub for maximum relaxation. Just beyond, there is a walk-in closet that has been converted into a nursery, complete with crib, pack and play, toys, and seating for nursing if needed.

Whether you are doing something in the Portland area or in the surrounding region, this is the perfect home for your group or family to base out of to enjoy all that the northwest has to offer. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions at all.

We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

PLEASE NOTE: Parking is limited to 3 cars due to shared driveway with neighbor. 2 cars allowed to park in front of garage and 1 additional to the right of garage near fence. All other vehicles must park on street and cannot block neighbors access. Please be sure you are pulled up to property to allow for easy passage for neighbor.

For the kids: Home includes a full size crib (including sheets) AND a pack n play for whatever stage you are in. As well as a high chair, various children toys and bath items, a folding 8 panel freestanding gate playpen that can be used as a security gate for the stairs or as a containment area outdoors.

Work-space: Fast WiFi throughout the house with a desk set up in the downstairs king bedroom for a quiet space to work.

Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen with double oven and gas range.

Washer and dryer for any laundry needs. This property has it all.

This house is so nice and it was perfect for our big family! It seems brand new, and there has been so much attention put into every detail. From a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived, to a list of local destinations (including some delicious places for wine tasting!) We also loved that the house came with an actual crib instead of just a standard pack n play. The backyard was great for relaxing too! We visited as a family for a wedding, but we also spent some time enjoying the area. Location was easy access to the freeway for going into downtown Portland, and it was easy to get out to wine country also. Thanks for a great stay! Will definitely stay here again next time we are in town.

This home is GREAT for families! We were traveling with our 2 year old and infant, and were amazed to see there was an actual folding wooden crib (with bedding) and a pack n play, a high chair, toys, a baby monitor, and kids utensils, sippy cups, and plastic plates! We’ve always had to rent these things when traveling in the past (for a lot of money!) so it was a nice perk to have them provided at the home at no cost to us! There is blackout curtains in the bedrooms, and even a HUGE walk in closet type area without windows which our toddler preferred for sleeping because she’s so sensitive to lights and noise! It was nice keeping her close to us while still having her in her own space. The rest of our family really loved the home too, (the older kids loved the bunk room with games) we BBQd in the back yard and loved preparing meals together. The double oven came in handy!! This house was really great! Next time we are in town we will stay here for a longer trip! Thank you!

The house was great. Brand new, very family friendly. The beds were comfy, and the place was very clean and comfortable all around. Communication with the host was easy and quick. The location is great, super close to downtown, wine country, and even the coast which we visited while we were out here. Their was a nice bottle of wine waiting for us too. Will definitely stay again!

Came to Portland with a bunch of college and high school buddies. This place was great and had everything we needed. A ton of space, great backyard, grill, hot tub, entertainment room, ping pong in the garage, something for everyone. Other than that, it was close to downtown, the Moda Center where we caught a Blazers game, and probably a dozen brewpubs we checked out. Will definitely stay here again.
