This is stunning home and a great location in rockaway beach. The house is big and spacious, the kitchen is FULLY equipped, the game room is a fun space, and the added annex was perfect for our stay with three families. The location is a nice walk to the beach and downtown, and land the home itself is on is large and beautiful. The only downside we encountered wasn’t with this location at all, but the company. We had booked a different location originally with ITrip and our stay was cancelled about a month before with a refund but no message or explanation. Otherwise the company was great as far as communication and hospitality.

This was a fantastic home! I wasn't expecting the number of amenities it offered! We had a movie night and game night for the evenings where it rained. The night it was sunny, took a 10-minute stroll to the beach and enjoyed the sunset! I would rent this air BnB again in a heartbeat!

This home has it all, comfort, space, well equipped, game room, lots of parking and more. There was 11 of us and all felt that they had their own space in the 3 bedrooms, 2 full and 2 half bathrooms in the house and 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, and a hide-a-bed in the living area of the apartment attached to the shop. There is a game room downstairs that makes it perfect for entertainment. The deck on the house overlooks a beautiful landscaped yard with a pond. We were there with a family getaway and we all enjoyed the home and was impressed with the decor, furnishings, well equipped kitchen and the abundance of bathroom towels. It was great due to the location as well.. Kudos to the owners and property managers of this beautiful home.

Very enjoyable, clean, well layed out home for our family get-together. We all enjoyed the location, close to the beach, Nehalem River, and Tillamook Bay. There was plenty of parking for 2 boats and 2 additional automobiles. The home has quality bedding and towels, fully furnished kitchen with an abundance of dishes and cooking vessels. The theater room was a hit for our entertainment including poker games, movies, and shuffle board. There are more plusses than I can list here. Kudos to the owners as this was our best vacation home ever!

We had an absolutely great stay at this place. It was extremely clean, the kitchen was well stocked with quality pots, pans and utensils, linen was clean and well stocked. The location was perfect. There is a great bakery 2 mins away and really good restaurants within 10 to 15 mins drive. The beach and the twin rocks were only 5 mins away. Checkout instructions were very simple and we had a really nice stay. The main house have three bedrooms with king beds. The game room was also perfect for kids and adults alike. Highly recommended!

The game room was so cool but with the entrance being outside with the wind and weather we didn’t spend much time down there. The ping pong table and sauna however in the garage got tons of use and was a great touch. While we were there there was a wind storm and the outside furniture was literally flying across the deck, I text the PM and within an hour they had someone at the house tying everything down. Anytime I needed something they were very quick to respond. The oven does need some attention as the door doesn’t shut all the way unless you stand there and hold it shut for around 10 seconds and even then sometimes it took a few extra hard pushes to get it to stay closed but it still worked. And we couldn’t figure out the sound bar or cable but they still had Netflix and Hulu for when we wanted to watch movies. Overall we loved everything about the house and would definitely stay there again.

This home was a great fit for our extended family of 11! It was nice to have the area in the Annex for a little space between the families! The house is very well appointed. The kitchen is so well equiped, it had everything we needed to make our Thanksgiving dinner! The beds are super comfortable. There was enough seating for our whole group. I hate staying at houses that barely have enough dishes for the number of guests, this house had almost double what we needed!! The game room was so much fun! We had a shuffle board tournament that the whole family participated in! It was an eash walk to 101 for some local food and shopping in this super quaint little beach town. Loved everything about this home and we can't wait to go back!

My family had a lovely stay. We liked that there was a large area for us to visit as a group, but a separate living space for people to spread out when needed. The walk to the beach is low impact and takes less than 10 minutes. We would definitely stay in this house again.

House was lovely- clean, spacious and very comfortable. The movie and game room was awesome, and the ping pong table gave us something to do when it was too late to be outside. The only thing that I would mention is that the fireplace in the living room is a see through fireplace into the master bedroom. We found out the hard way that you can see into the bedroom and ended up using the arm chair to block the view. Overall, the house was perfect and we would definitely stay again.

This house is gorgeous and offers so much! It’s the perfect place for a family getaway! The bedrooms are large and the beds are so comfortable. We enjoyed the shuffle board table, movie theater and some of the games. We’ve stayed in Rockaway since I was a child and this is by far the best rental house we’ve ever stayed at.

This is a great place to stay and enjoy all that Rockaway beach has to offer! Our first night we were greeted by a mama deer & her two babies!! The kitchen is open to the living room and fully stocked. Even a crockpot was provided which was great, since I forgot mine! Plenty of games to choose from throughout the house and a straight away drive to access the beach! We loved the downstairs game room, you can really lose track of time in there while having fun! And I think each of us mentioned how much we would miss that great big living room couch! You won’t be disappointed with your stay here.

We couldn't have been more pleased with this property. The house + ADU was spacious enough for our large family. The kids had so much to do - they loved hanging out in the theater/game room or playing ping pong in the garage. When they weren't there, they were playing outside in the very large lawn, where we saw deer and fawns grazing each evening. The adults in our party were able to relax in the main area of the house and enjoyed eating outside on the deck and playing games in the dining room. The location was a short walk from the beach and main strip of Rockaway, but was far enough away to feel very private. This property had it all and we will definitely consider coming back if we ever visit Rockaway Beach again.

We had the best time at this house in Rockaway Beach. The town wasn’t as crowded as some other ocean cities which was nice! The house was extremely well-appointed and the kitchen was lovely. The beds were comfortable and we loved having a crib ready for our baby. The kids loved the game room and the whole family had a blast playing ping pong. It was a joy!

I liked that this property was far enough from all the tourists but close enough to everything. kids loved that this property had probably an acre or two to run around. The movie theater was a plus. Overal we liked the property and the amenities it was offering. the only con thing i can think about is the main kitchen had propane as a cooking source. so it took a while to heat up the soup for our group.

The house was very clean and well positioned in Rockaway, away from the sounds of town, but close enough to walk to the beach. We really enjoyed listening to the waves and the buoy sounds from the jetty while having our morning coffee on the large deck. There was plenty of room for our family of 7. The house is bright with tons of windows overlooking large trees and a pond. Beds were incredibly comfortable and the entire house is beautifully decorated. Kitchen is well stocked, and the family really enjoyed the ping pong table! We will absolutely come back!

The house and accomodations were just right for our adult family of 5 and friends. Plenty of space, beautiful pond and yard and lots of entertainment playing poker, shuffleboard and ping pong during the one rainy day we had. The rest of the time we were on the go enjoying the beaches, trails at Oswald State Park, birding and the Tillimook Cheese Factory. Lovely spot and easy access to all that the North Oregon Coast has to offer.

We enjoyed our stay, in the game room aka shuffleboard where we spent most of our time as it was raining. The outside light was tricky on the stairs but we managed. The bed we're great. The outside apartment had a bad smell all I did before my friends showed was add some plug-ins and closed the laundry room door. All in all, it was a good stay.

We stayed at Tranquil by the Pond the weekend before Thanksgiving. There were nine adults and each one of us had a comfortable sleeping space; no one was relegated to the "kid's room". In other words, all rooms had double, queen or king beds. No bunks or twins. This is hard to find when our group of 9 or 10 travels together. We enjoyed the big dining area, and of course during this chilly autumn weekend, we spent hours watching college and NFL football, in addition to playing games in the game room below. We also spent a fair amount of time walking to and on the beach, and hiking around in the forested areas. The only disconnect was that we had requested and been approved for a noon departure, but the clean up crew showed up at 10 am. We didn't want to make them wait two hours, so we packed up and headed out a little earlier than planned. Aside from that small detail, it was a fantastic weekend in a beautiful home.

We had a wonderful four night stay at Tranquil By the Pond. The home is light and spacious with luxurious amenities including a top notch crib and changing table. From the gourmet kitchen to the sauna to the theatre game room, it had something for everyone. It was great to have ample parking on the large property. We really appreciated the low-key,welcoming check-in and easy check-out process which made it feel like a true vacation. We hope to return again in the future!

Great location, beautiful house, thoughtful touches, all the cooking supplies you could need, cozy, good temperature control in the smaller “house”. Our only complaints are the beds were hard and uncomfortable even though the bedding itself is nice. Also, the WiFi wouldn’t work in the second building, but there was a strong signal for a locked WiFi named “tranquil”. Surprisingly was the WiFi offered. Overall would recommend for sure. 4.5 stars would be more accurate.

This is a nice quiet location. We saw deer on morning walks to the beach. Enjoyed the Tillamook factory and had a great crab melt at Old Oregon Smokehouse. The old forest walk is beautiful! The train ride was fun and informative.

We just left a week of staying at Tranquil by the pond in Rockaway Beach Oregon. The home was beautiful set apart from other homes in the area. The back porch was lovely to sit on and several times during the week we got to see deer right in the backyard. With three bedrooms in the main house with king-size beds and two bedrooms and a pullout in the guest house there was plenty of room for our family of 11 including a six-month-old. There was a crib in the master which was downstairs. We didn't find it in the description but the upstairs bathroom definitely bathroom included a bathtub which worked so well for the four kids under five that we had with us. The home was airy and light and welcoming. We found the location to be perfect as it was only a half mile from the beach at Rockaway and close enough for us to visit the Tillamook Factory in one direction and Seaside, Cannon Beach, and Ecola State Park in the other. Itrip was responsive to our questions and needs. I would recommend this home.

This place was beautiful and my family loved staying here. The place had everything and made our stay super convenient as well. We cooked breakfast every morning and dinner every night and we used the stove and then oven. They had every utensil you could possibly imagine. The place was super cozy and we felt like we were in our own home for the few days we stayed. The kids loved the game rooms too. My oldest even used the sauna a few times. It was such a cute neighborhood and super close to the beach. Definitely worth it!

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful home. The kitchen was a highlight, and we enjoyed cooking in it every night. The crib provided was incredibly helpful for our 1-year-old, making the stay even more comfortable. The walk to the beach was quick and easy, only 5-10 minutes away. However, we felt that the cleanliness could have been better, especially considering the price. The host offered to have someone come back and clean again, but we declined. We would definitely go back though!

We can't say enough about the responsiveness of iTrip Vacations for this stay. There was a local power outage and they individually confirmed that the home did have power before we left home to travel there. We were grateful for their responsiveness and personalized support. The house itself was so fun for our family of 6 that includes kids aged 12 to 17. There was plenty of space and they loved the ping pong table, the game area and home theater. This is our second year staying at this house. We are a group of buddies who have been taking an annual trip to the coast for 25+ years. We found this house last year and decided to book it again this year. The house is great, in a prime location just off the main strip in Rockaway which puts you a short drive back to Tillamook or a scenic drive up to Cannon Beach/Seaside/Astoria. We have stayed in a handful of houses over the years and this one pretty much hits all the major checkboxes and in comfort. We enjoy the game room with Poker, Shuffleboard, Theater area. The main floor is nice and open for hanging out. The deck is a great place to sit out and have dinner, enjoy sunrises and sunsets. There is a large open area which we used to play some cornhole, and in the mornings/evenings watch some deer enjoy the quiet of the field. Sleeping the 6 of us has never been an issue with us having ample room for all to have their own area. We only had one "issue" and that was low propane on the tank. That was resolved with 2 new full tanks within 20 or so minutes. Pretty sure as long as this house is around and available, it has become our go to place moving forward for these trips. I spoke to the iTrip team a couple times on the phone leading up to the trip and they were polite and responsive to questions. All around, if you want a relaxing and entertaining place for a group, this is your place in Rockaway!

Fabulous house for our multi generational family vacation! The kitchen has everything you need for making meals including some seasonings in the pantry. The grill and outdoor seating overlook the beautiful large yard and pond. For clarity, the ping pong table and sauna are in the garage and accessed right through the laundry room and kitchen. The shuffle board, poker table (with all the supplies) and theater room (with DVD player and lots of DVDs) are in the basement of main house with separate entry under the deck. All of these were super fun by all ages to use any time of day. The ADU is in the separate building/shop with the two bedrooms (there is folding door on one that you cannot see in the photos). There is kitchen, TV, and sleeper sofa there. Laundry also there. No smell noted as stated in previous reviews. The main house is spacious and comfy furniture for hanging out and relaxing There are a few games, puzzles and kids toys in a cabinet. The Roku on the large TV works for your own streaming services. We would stay again! Staff were responsive to any needs.

We stayed with 3 generations and this house and ADU had everything we needed! Comfortable beds, huge living area, well stocked kitchen even with some spices, ping pong, shuffleboard table, poker/game table, and theater room. Made for great family fun for all ages! The property is huge and deer visited every day. The staff were very responsive to questions and needs. Would highly recommend.

Very comfortable home with a beautiful beachy feel. There was plenty of room for our large family. We loved being able to walk to the beach, but also being secluded by trees and away from other tourists.

We can’t see enough good things about this home we stayed at!! Very clean, practical things to use. The decor was very nice. We felt we were staying in a high class home. We have a new baby in the family and the crib area was perfect for them to sleep in. Absolutely love the game room. It was downstairs and very quiet while the younger crew wanted to play shuffleboard and watch movies. It was perfect for our family. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful beach trip with lots of good memories. 🧡♥️💜

This is stunning home and a great location in rockaway beach. The house is big and spacious, the kitchen is FULLY equipped, the game room is a fun space, and the added annex was perfect for our stay with three families. The location is a nice walk to the beach and downtown, and land the home itself is on is large and beautiful. The only downside we encountered wasn’t with this location at all, but the company. We had booked a different location originally with ITrip and our stay was cancelled about a month before with a refund but no message or explanation. Otherwise the company was great as far as communication and hospitality.
