For security purposes, there are two security cameras on the exterior of the home. One is located near the front door and another is located facing the driveway. We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, if it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.
Although we love pets, please be sure to leave yours at home. This home is not pet friendly any violations will be subject to fines and possible removal from the home. If you have severe pet allergies, please be aware that the homeowner may bring their pets periodically
