It was a great stay! This was the most well stocked vacation rental I have ever stayed. There was not a kitchen utensil I wished we had but didn't. We had everything needed to cook a great meal. Most of the time at a vacation rentals I either bring my own knives and spatulas. I had no need this time. The house was very comfortable as well. the recliners in the sofa were perfect for napping, and the massage chair was nice too! The kitchen table was a great place to play cards or sit and chat in the evenings. The beds were so comfortable as well. This was the first time in a vacation rental that I actually got a good nights sleep. The mattress wasn't too firm, and the bedding was so soft, it was like sleeping in a pillow.

This home was a gem with a gorgeous backdrop. The Sun sets over the vineyards each evening, which was spectacular to see. The home was super clean and comfortable. Very easy check-in and out process. Ever since the pandemic began I’ve been very apprehensive about traveling but I did feel safe staying here! The area is relatively quiet. I found there was a bit of noise going on since wineries are harvesting the vineyards surrounding the property but it wasn’t bad and it was actually interesting to see! Of course, come nightime the area is completely silent which is nice. What’s grand about this place is how close it is to all the wineries Willamette Valley has to offer. In fact you can see Sokol Blosser winery from the patio! I couldn’t take advantage of the complementary wine tastings offered with renting the property but I do recommend to explore this offer if you have the time.

It was lovely place with a beautiful Vineyard view and lots of space to walk around with our toddlers. Loved the patio and enjoyed the afternoon sun. House interior was very cozy and warm. Everything was fully equipped and enjoyed the free tasting at elk cove Vineyard.

I wasn’t sure what to expect during the pandemic. But the house was very clean and we were very comfortable staying there. We liked being out of town in the vineyards but this location might not be for everyone. The microwave wasn’t working properly when we were there. Corey responded quickly to my text - and I assume it has been taken care of. The beds were comfortable and the towels soft and fluffy. The only blinds were in the bedrooms. Wasn’t a problem for us but might be for some people. We chose to eat most of our meals there and the kitchen had everything we needed. The deck overlooks one of the vineyards which we liked-a great space for relaxing at the end of the day .

We really enjoyed our stay here. The sheets and towels were very high quality, its quiet, clean, and comfortable with a lovely view. I made a thanksgiving dinner for two in the kitchen, and had reached out prior to our arrival because I wasn't sure if the kitchen would have enough pans and dishes. Corey assured me that they've never had a complaint, and also offered to reimburse me if I found that there was anything I needed to buy for the kitchen. He was right that the kitchen was well stocked, it even had lots of tupperware for leftovers, but the offer to reimburse me for anything I may have needed to buy I thought was a great indication of the hospitality we experienced. Overall it's a great place and I would definitely stay there again!

We had a lovely trip to Dundee and staying in this home was the highlight. It's full of creature comforts, including very cozy furniture, the gas fireplace, numerous streaming and cable TV options, a full kitchen, and multiple reading nooks and eating areas for variety. It was rainy and cool but the views of the vineyard were lovely from the deck and I'm sure in warmer weather the outdoor space would be more frequently used. Due to the open windows (heads-up no blinds or shades except in the bedrooms) you can see the lovely green spaces all around you from most of the house. Coffee and tea were provided, and there are dishes/pans/cooking utensils to support making pretty much anything you'd like while staying there. The two bathrooms were lovely and I especially enjoyed the soaking tub in the master bath each night. We didn't do too much wine tasting as I'm not comfortable drinking while driving, but I'm sure for folks with a designated driver this house would be an excellent base for doing so. The welcome bottle of Pinot Noir left by the host was a great start to our weekend as well. Great value for the price in a lovely, quiet area. We hope to be back!

This was the perfect spot for a wine country weekend getaway. You could literally walk up the hill to Sokol Blosser, and the central location made it really easy to get to all of the local treasures Dundee has to offer. The house is incredibly comfortable and well maintained. We will definitely be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the Willamette Valley. We found that the host for this property is responsive to your questions. The property is as shown in the pictures (it’s accurately depicted) and makes for a comfortable stay. Pros -the property has thoughtful touches like a covered back porch with dining table and grill (and more). The view from the front porch is spectacular -the welcome book had great suggestions of things to do and places to eat around the property site -the property has a full sized washer and drier -the property stayed nice and cool even during the heat wave that was starting as we left Cons -The wi-if signal is weak and tops out around 3MBPS. That speed is hardly enough to load an average internet page. We tested the signal wired, straight from the modem, many times during our stay and the average strength was between 1-2 MBPS. A search of the available internet plans from their provider shows that it is likely that they paid for only the most basic internet plan which throttles the speed to 3MBPS. That being said, the cellular data signal is strong in the house so if you have a large data plan you could use your cell plan instead.

Perfect location for the Willamette Valley wineries and other attractions in and near Dundee. Wonderfully situated up the hill off the main road in beautiful farmland and vineyards. Perfect for our group of 4 — tons of space and well equipped to cook and enjoy the grill on the covered back patio or views of the valley on the front patio, too. Very clean throughout. Comfortable beds and plenty of hot water! I’d stay here again on my next trip out to Dundee and environs.

Great property. Very quiet and peaceful. We drank coffee on the deck each morning to watch the spectacular sunrise, and drank wine each evening to watch the spectacular sunsets. Good size place, everything was in very good condition. Nice beds and bedding. There are a lot of choices in the Newberg/Dundee area, and we enjoyed this property enough to come back. Which we probably will :)

What a beautiful view from a wonderful vacation home overlooking Sokol Blosser Vineyard! The free wine tastings offered by iTrip were at wineries that produced high quality wines. It was wonderful! iTrip was "right there" to answer questions and help when we needed it. We were so impressed and we will return.

The Blanchard Guest House sits amidst the vineyards, and is quite lovely. The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is exactly as described. While a touch dated, everything worked and was comfortable. There are actually 2 sitting rooms too... one with a huge comfortable couch and a large TV... and a second one with smaller couch and a small "kitchen" table that seats 4. The beds are super comfortable, albeit a bit high off the ground (IMO). The deck looking onto the vineyards is lovely, but uncovered so you get a bit brutalized by the afternoon/evening sun. (Thankfully, the A/C works great.) All the windows except for in the bedroom do not have window coverings so it does feel a bit like a fishbowl in some ways but there doesn't seem to be anyone around, so it's not a problem. The long driveway is dirt/gravel with a couple tight turns so keep that in mind if renting a car. WiFi worked pretty good... cut in and out a bit.... but it wasn't a huge problem. I was still able to get my work done. Sokol Blosser is a short jaunt away... (less than 1/2 a mile uphill on the way there)... but walkable if you want. Managment was very responsive and communicated well. If in the area again, I would stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay! This is a quiet and peaceful gem located centrally to see several wineries. This is an older property but very clean and well maintained! The beds are extremely comfy too! Easy to get around between McMinville and Dayton and many fabulous food options are close by. I would recommend and stay here again.

Four of us spent an idyllic 4 days at the property. Yes it’s dated, but it’s ruthlessly clean & the beds are wonderful. The kitchen had every appliance/gadget you could want and the grill is great. The views are beautiful, the location is quiet and close to so many of the wineries we visited. We had one minor issue that was responded to so quickly it was as if the host were there with us. We will be back and would love to stay here again.

First off to address the obvious, this is an older pre-manufactured home where some aesthetic aspects are still very dated. However, all of the functional aspects have been well maintained and/or are of high quality. The beds, furnishings, kitchen and bathrooms are all perfectly functional and well maintained. This place serves as a guest house to the main property but is far enough away to ensure privacy. Everything was well stocked and extremely clean. We had no issues with the overall stay. Some minor quirks just to be aware of. The house itself is situated off of a long gravel driveway so be prepared to drive a bit "off road". One of the oddest things was that there were no shades, blinds or curtains in any of the common room areas. This wasn't really a privacy concern so much as the intense amount of afternoon sun that came in through the west facing windows. The newer AC unit seemed up to the task, but we felt like there should have been a way to block the light and heat. There are blinds in all bedrooms however. One more minor aspect was there are neighbors on all sides and the eastern neighbors seem to run a commercial landscape business so they had trucks coming and going but not during the weekends. Lastly, the WIFI seemed to be satellite based so bandwidth was a bit of an issue when we were both working online at the same time. The location is probably the biggest benefit with very short drives to Newburg/Dundee and McMinnville. The host provided wine tastings

We enjoyed our stay at this property. We feel the listing is accurate. The decor/furniture may be a bit dated, but it is high quality and very clean. All appliances worked just fine. The property is surrounded by vineyards on all sides. Views are awesome. Sokol-Blosser is directly across from the front door/kitchen side. You can walk a gravel road to get to it (stay out of the vineyard). You are .3 miles from the highway, but the property is pretty quiet - I think due to the surrounding vineyards and being elevated on a gentle slope. We occasionally, saw/heard tractors and trucks going by on the nearby farm roads. But never a nuisance. Minor things to mention... - We had an issue with the TV upon arrival, and after a few text exchanges with the property mgmt company, a rep came out, installed a Roku device, and the issue was resolved. - Internet speed over the entire stay was never more than 3.5Mbps (per fast.com speed test right next to the wireless access point). That was not a major issue for us as we were on vacation and out-and-about most of the time. This may be important to consider for travelers who want to be able to do remote work, share lots of phone pictures, etc. while at this property.

This place was perfect!!! We booked last minute and we were worried it was too good to be true but it was great! We love Willamette valley and this was right in the vineyards by Sokol Blosser and Durant. The place was super clean, easy to find, great views, and so peaceful! The only part that could be improved is curtains on the windows in the living room as it faces another Airbnb, but there are room darkening blinds in the bedroom so wasn’t that big of deal. We honestly can’t wait to come back here!!! Will be our go to spot when we come back to the area!!!
