Thoroughly enjoyed staying at Corey’s place. The house was beautiful, and the decor made us feel right at home. The place was spotlessly clean, lots of amenities were provided and the beds were wonderfully comfortable. Wifi is wonderful too, very fast and reaches you no matter where you are in the house. The location was absolutely perfect for what we needed. It’s a little bit out of town, but the area is beautiful and very quiet. Despite it being out of town though, the transit into town was wonderful. It’s a short walk around the corner to the Max blue line which takes you right into town without any trouble! Corey was very helpful, lots of magazines and guides were provided for the local area. He includes a binder with lots of helpful tips, and is in good communication at any time of day. We loved our stay (4 adults), and would happily return next time we’re in the area!

We rented this house for a bunch of family coming in to town for my son's wedding. The location was very convenient and the house was great. It was missing a couple of kitchen items but when I contacted Corey he corrected the issue right away--great customer service. I would definitely come back again.

We had 6 adults and 2 kids staying at this property. It was very spacious upstairs since everyone had their own room but it always felt a little cramped downstairs. For a 4 bedroom house one would think it would have more space downstairs. Everything was clean and comfortable. We visited the zoo and omsi, both of which were easy drives from the house. Would recommend this house.

My family of six enjoyed staying at Corey’s place! The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, the house was in a nice quiet neighborhood, and we only had to drive about 20 minutes to get to downtown Portland. Check in was easy and the host was easy to reach. Unlike some Airbnb houses, The home layout was good for a large family. All the bedrooms were upstairs with easy access to bathrooms and the downstairs living space was comfortable and clean. You couldn’t ask for more. This was one of the better places we’ve stayed with Airbnb. Thank you!

I loved the layout of this house, and the decor was really nice. Having the laundry room upstairs with the bedrooms was great. Also liked having a garage to park the car in. Overall, it is a good value for the money. My only complaint/suggestion is that the fabric on the kitchen chairs desperately needs cleaned or covered.

This is a spacious place in a good location that can accommodate parties of various sizes. Check-in was smooth and the amenities were great. We did experience a decent amount of ants throughout the property, but I’m sure they’ll address this soon. I would definitely recommend this property in the future.

The 229 provided ample space for our family of seven which ranged from infants teens and preteens and adults. The stair gates provided for a blessing for the baby. The Ping pong table provided hours of fun for the teens. Would definitely recommend for any stay. The only downfall is I found myself doing more laundry than I should have because the towels provided very limited especially for a family of seven...

This property was great we were a family of 7 consisting of two adults three teens one child and one infant. The gates that they provided for the stairway were a blessing. The ping-pong table was a plus in the garage it kept the teens busy, ample space. Didn’t get a chance to utilize the backyard as much but it look like it had a great little family space to do a table top s’mores or a little fireplace definitely will be back in the future. I did have to call the management and ask to walk me through the television process as there are too many remote controls and not enough instruction other than that it was great fantastic definitely recommend.

This Beaverton house was perfect for the first family gathering we’ve had in well over a year. We had four generations staying at the house and all found it clean and comfortable. The large kitchen table made for great game nights after the kids were put to bed, the kitchen was adequately stocked with cookware, and what appeared to be a brand new grill was put to use with burgers one night and kabobs the next. Corey’s house will be at the top of the list should we need another home in the area on a future visit.

The owners communicated rapidly with us when the refrigerator had a cooling problem. They brought us a cooler and ice within an hour of us relating the problem and had a repairman out as soon as they could find one. I would rent from thrm again if we go back to the Beaverton area.

We had a wonderful stay for a week. The house was very comfortable for the 7 of us that stayed there. The neighborhood was very quiet and very close to the train to Portland. The owners were very responsive when we had trouble with the refrigerator. They brought a cooler and ice for us to use and managed to find a repairman to come the next day to repair the refrigerator. It was amazing that they could find one that fast. It is nice to rent from people who care about their renters and will make sure that they have a nice stay. If we ever return to the area, we will certainly try to rent gain.

My family rented it to attend a service, it was a quiet neighborhood, with a beautiful area to take a serenity walk. It was a spacious place with large rooms and accommodations tucked in a small neighborhood. It contained anything you would need from a hotel, but more private, which is what my family needed. This was spacious enough for two small families and great back area to have a barbecue and watch the squirrels live their beautiful life. We enjoyed the visit there.

over all was a great stay, we tried our best to keep noise levels down, but soon realized the house/houses is not insulated well. i could hear the same garbage truck move throughout the neighborhood for over and hour, children talking/playing outside, and car doors shutting frequently. the house was beautiful and spacious, the game area in the garage was great! however, we did notice mold in the window of the master bathroom and our towels smelt like they had sat in a washing machine too long.

Overall the property was comfortable and functional. Our only complaint would be with the thermostat, which was hard to figure out and seemed to constantly set the temperature up to 77° or 78°. Given that Portland was in the 80's for our first couple days there, that made it very difficult to get the bedrooms down to a decent temperature by bedtime. Other than that, everyone who stayed there agreed that it was exactly what we needed, comfortable, well situated and a good value. We would definitely use it again.

Our stay at the 219 house was fantastic. The house is spacious, well furnished, and proximity to stores in Beaverton was perfect. The layout of the house provides both privacy and socialization at the same time! The gameroom was fun as well. Communication with the management was easy, timely, and helpful. We came for a wedding with another family. The house is beautiful and in a very nice and quiet neighborhood! Game room was awesome. House was very clean and had everything we needed to feel at home. Stairs are carpeted and soft, which was perfect for our 2 toddlers learning how to navigate going up and down. Also, very easy to place baby gates at the top and bottom. Grocery store, gas station, restaurants are all conveniently close. Top golf was only about 15 minutes away with traffic, and we were able to get into a spot within 5 minutes of showing up without a reservation on a Friday. If we ever come back to Beaverton, this will be the air bnb will hope to be able to book again!

My brothers and Uncle usually attend the PAC-12 Championship game every year. This year we were not able to all go, so we decided to have a PAC-12 game away from wifes and have a man day. House was perfect for what we needed. Only think I would say that needed looked at was the outside grill, it didn't get to full flame. But we made it work for the steaks and lobster tails that we grilled up.

Die Unterkunft ist großartig und sogar noch schöner als auf den Bildern! 4 große, gut eingerichtete Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Betten, 2 Vollbäder im Obergeschoss und eine Toilette im Erdgeschoss. Eine große und mit allen Utensilien sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, die möblierte Terrasse mit Gasgrill, der Wohnraum mit riesigen Ledersesseln/Sofas und Gas-Kamin haben sich angefühlt wie ein Palast. Die Tischtennisplatte und der Tischkicker in der ausgebauten Garage haben nicht nur die Kinder begeistert, sondern allen viel Spaß bereitet. Auch die Lage in einer ruhigen, sehr guten Wohngegend ist angenehm. Sauberkeit und Pflegezustand der Unterkunft ebenfalls sehr gut. Wir haben uns hier ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt und wären am liebsten für immer geblieben. Etwas ungewöhnlich war allerdings die Bitte vor der Anreise noch ein Foto von sich mit ID und von der Kreditkarte (mit teilweise abgedeckter Nummer natürlich) abseits der Plattform zu schicken. Trotzdem ist dies eine 5 Sterne PLUS Unterkunft, in der ich gerne nochmal länger bleiben würde.

Our family gathered for Thanksgiving. The house was spacious enough for us to cook, play games, watch football and cook meals. The neighborhood felt very safe. It was also a quiet street. We walked to and from the transit station to ride into downtown Portland, Washington Park, and Beaverton. Check in was seamless. We would definitely stay again!

Nice, comfortable house. Game room was fun for the young adults in the group. Thankful that the house was available on short notice. Had lots of family coming to town and needed extra space/beds to accommodate. Very proactive communication from iTripNW/Airbnb. Thank you!

We came in town for a wedding and found this rental nearby. It was perfect for our family! The neighborhood was super cute and the house was very clean and had everything we needed. The garage was outfitted with foosball and a ping pong table which the kiddos loved! The customer service team was very nice and helpful as well. Would highly recommend and I can’t wait to book it again next time we are in Portland!

We loved staying at the 229 and using their reclining sofa and chairs in the living room! There was enough kitchenware to get us through out stay, cooking some easy breakfasts and making coffee. I enjoyed the bathtub upstairs and the master bedroom was very nicely styled. We are thinking of which family members will stay there on our next visit to Hillsboro.

This is a very usable property. The floor plan is very fitting for multiple families. The master bedroom suite is very nice and the other three bedroom layout is convenient. The main level is convenient for socializing due to the real open layout. The "game room" (garage) was a big hit for the youth of our family. The outdoor patio is smaller than it appears in the pictures, but still useable with a provided gas grill. The weather was a little cool, so we didn't really use it, except for enjoying the sun. The fence and trees create a lot of privacy. We did not have personal transportation so the few blocks walk to the rail stop was a HUGE. You can go almost everywhere via the Portland mass transit system. It was a benefit for us. If you have more than 2 cars, parking will probably be difficult due to the volume of what appears to be local neighborhood cars.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Quiet street, with awesome access to ocean beaches and snorkeling! Great sunsets and views of both Mona Kea and Mona Laura. Well stocked with beach and snorkel accessories. Can’t wait to come back and stay here again.

My family stayed at 229 while we attended a family wedding. We all enjoyed staying together in one place rather than split up among hotels. All our needs were met and we enjoyed several family dinners around the big dining table. The location is central and easy to access grocery stores. I recommend this place!

this was the perfect house for our families while we visited Beaverton for a sports competition. Teens were able to relax and unwind in the game room while parents enjoyed the living space. Very clean and quick responses from owners. Would definitely stay here again

House is very nicely furnished. Everything was clean and comfortable. Nice neighborhood. We had no problem parking as house has two spaces in driveway but street parking was limited. Beds were comfortable. Good supply of towels. I'd definitely stay there again.

The bedrooms were nice, tidy and clean. The kitchen was good and fairly well equipped. There is a foosball and ping pong table in the garage which was great for the kids. The area is quiet, clean and close to restaurants and shopping. Overall, it is a nice and peaceful place to spend your vacation time. Also, they are pretty responsive which makes everything smoother.

This was a great place! We were visiting my sister who lived 10 min away so was a great location for us. We had 5 adults and three kids and we all fit very well in the space. We all had plenty of places to sit and relax. The play space was perfect for the family to wind down at night. We were looking forward to use the hot tub but it was just raining too much. Great space especially for the price.
