The upstairs features a total of five (5) bedrooms areas including two primary suites as well as another King bedroom, a lounge/bedroom area featuring a 65” tv and a sofa for lounging, along with two queen over queen bunk beds, which also serves as an access point to the 5th bedroom where there are two sets of twin bunk beds. Both the lounge/bedroom and the twin bunkbed rooms have access to a private balcony at the front of the house with hill views above Logan Road. There is also a spacious fourth full bathroom, off the 2nd floor hallway, with a combined shower/bath with double sinks and a washer/dryer and a built-in ironing board.
The two oceanfront primary king bedroom suites feature phenomenal ocean views and have their own ensuite deluxe resort style bathrooms. In addition to the gas fireplace in one of the suites, both suites allow you to enjoy the sounds of the ocean from the private balconies accessed through the sliding glass doors from the bedrooms. One of the primary bathrooms has been completely remodeled with gorgeous tile in a fantastic sky-lit room, oversized shower and spacious spa tub, heated floors, separate sinks, a private toilet room and a built-in vanity. The other ensuite bathroom is brand new and features a large tile shower, a private toilet area and a brand new vanity and a round black lit and fog proof mirror.
