This wonderful southwest Portland home sits in one of the most fantastic locations possible. While you may only be a few blocks from restaurants, groceries, entertainment, and shopping, this single level retreat enjoys an enormous fenced yard, covered patio, and couldn't be better for small groups or families visiting the area with kiddos.

Most every bit of the interior was updated, upgraded, and uplifted for you. Every bit of décor and furnishing is brand new. Each piece was curated to create that perfect blend of style and comfort for your group. Without a doubt, one of the most pleasant features are the oversized windows that help bathe most of the home in a warm natural light.

Whether you are resting in one of the spacious bedrooms or playing the supersized connect four, foosball, or streaming your favorite show there is something to do for everyone here. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions at all.

This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

Excellent home. Backyard and space and location was good. Washer and dryer and supplies were a nice touch. Bedding was good but unwashed straight out of package. Brand new remodel so smell of fresh paint was strong. A few kinks needs to be worked out. No water was coming out of fridge dispenser so bring water or drink tap. No curtains for privacy in 2 of the bedrooms. There was absolutely no hot water out of showers. Main bath toilet wouldnt fill with water so we had to flush using a bucket. And toilet leaked. No heat in 3 of bedrooms. The room with 2 queens was FREEZING and the beds in there are the cheapest possible. You can feel every spring on your body. We actually thought it was a boxspring. Nope... just a super cheap mattress. Benches in dining table are suoer cheap and flimsy. We were scared to put more than 2 people for fear of breaking.
