This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring the Hot Tub or on the interior of the house. There is a ring door bell camera on the front door of the home.

PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **

We absolutely loved this beautiful and comfortable home. The views of the Sisters and evening sunsets from the deck and living room are fantastic. We were so comfortable in the space and wished we could have stayed longer than our one week. The kitchen is well equipped and setup for cooking. We loved all the interesting books and artwork throughout the house. It is perfectly situated with easy proximity to Sisters and Bend and the many trails in the area, while feeling very private. Good night sky viewing from the hot tub.
