*Parking is strictly monitored and enforced. Guests who stay at this home must park in the garage. No street parking is allowed.

We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

Highly recommend this rental! The views were breathtaking, the home was very cozy, great location, and clean. The space and amenities were great for our group. The host was super responsive and helpful. Will definitely look to rent this home again.

Great responsiveness by the iTrip folks and the home was beautiful, right on the ocean. The price was excellent. Lincoln City isn’t my favorite Oregon coast town but we found several decent to good places to eat and browse. The place was well stocked and they even left us a nice bottle of wine as a welcome gift. My one relatively minor complaint is that we weren’t given a garage code so someone had to get out, climb the stairs to the front door and go back through and down the house to the garage in order to open the garage door every time we returned to the property. But that was a small inconvenience compared to what a great spot and how well maintained and full of amenities the house was. Recommend highly.

Truly wonderful! Only quibbles (minor) were no garage door code and only one hair dryer, but other than that, FANTASTIC.
