Wow, this place was amazing and perfectly laid out for our family. The rooms were separated on the second floor, which was perfect when people wanted to go to sleep they could get away from the main living area of the home. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The top floor was PERFECT! Open kitchen to the living area that was all open and perfect for interacting. You felt as if you were with everyone, but could be doing different activities. We had guests watching football, while others worked on a puzzle in a different seating area, and someone else was reading a book with an ocean view! We enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen and BBQing at night. We will definitely stay here again!! Highly recommended!

The house was nice, some blinds were a little difficult to pull down or up the blinds in the master bath would not go down. Would also be nice to have had a removable sturdy child gate for the stairs, but the place was nice, spacious and clean. Had all the kitchen cooking utensils you could need for making and eating large family meals. Great location, walking distance to the beach, you also have views of the beach from the top floor. Plenty of storage. Great place definitely recommend

Fantastic house! We loved the huge open spaces on the top floor and the enjoyed the comfortable new furniture. The house easily accommodated our large group without making us feel crowded. The living room layout is set up to allow for different activities while still allowing everyone to feel close. I love to cook, so I really appreciated the well equiped kitchen. You can't beat having ocean views while you cook. We loved the spacious bedrooms and king-sized bed. Short walk to the beach is another plus. We are already planning to return. Highly recommended!

Best house we ever stay before if you haven’t try this place you’ll enjoy such a nice place like this. We had activities for the days and we had to cancel some of them, cause we just wanted to enjoy the house as a family. Our annual beach get-away brought us to this beautiful home. There were 8 adults in our group and the house had plenty of room for everyone. We loved the open concept of the kitchen/dining/family room we could all be together. The large dining table was great too, for meals as well as playing games. We also appreciated the number of chairs and couches available. Plenty of seating for all. The bedrooms were spacious and the configuration was perfect for us. One consideration for those with bad knees, the stairs were a bit of an issue for us as we lugged our coolers and food up the two flights of stairs. Overall, we enjoyed this house very much and would rent it again.

This was such a great experience. The check-in process was smooth, the pictures online actually demonstrated what each room looked like, and worked so well for my large group. The hosts were easy to work with and answered my questions quickly when booking. And the large dining table made it easy for us to share meals Together. We loved the house. It would be a good idea to tell older folks that the two stair cases are very steep. Best for 50 and under crowd. It was very close to the beach access. The furniture was nearly new and well appointed. The kitchen was the best appointed I’ve seen. Great time!

We would agree with the five star rating. This house was very clean upon arrival. We cooked most every meal at the house. It was well supplied with cookware and dishes for an army. There was a full stock of spices that was available and some coffee and oils. Every bathroom was well stocked with towels and toilet paper. The house was very comfortable for our extended family of 6 adults and 2 small children. There are two flights of stairs to and from the top floor where the living room/kitchen is located so we got our exercise. The house is walkable to the casino and into town. We would definitely stay there again.

This house was perfect for the 7 of us adults , lots of room to spread out, the kitchen was incredibly well stocked. Check in/out was super easy. Bathroom had lots of towels and loved the extra touch of hand soap in all the bathrooms. My only suggestion would be if you have groups of more than 6 bring extra toilet paper and papers ... we ran out and had to go get more and there was 7 of us for 3 nights and 3 days

This house was perfect for my family’s spring break- teens plus parents. The floor plan was absolutely ideal with all bedrooms on one floor and living room & kitchen on another. It was very clean and fashionably decorated. All mattresses were comfortable. The kitchen was the best part as we cooked almost all our meals. This kitchen was equipped with everything you need to cook with a rare bonus of quality pots and pans. The short 5 minute walk to the beach was great for frequent walking on the beach and exploring tide pools. We will definitely stay here again!

Only one negative thing from this trip was I couldn't get the BBQ to work but we made due. There are a lot of stairs but it is 3 stories and totally worth the views on the top floor. The way the house is setup is great bedrooms on the second floor and huge living area, dinning area and kitchen on top floor. The one huge living area that is separated into 3 separate areas is great. The kitchen size is amazing it allows multiple people to do cooking and prep and has everything you need including a kitchen aid mixer. Full bath on top floor and two on the second floor. We absolutely enjoyed our time in this house and will be back.

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. Easy access to all of the places we wanted to experience. At the end of the day it was so nice to have a gathering place big enough for our group to play games, watch TV, and visit. Sleeping accommodations were also great. Fast internet to stay connected to work when needed. Loved it!

Wonderful time. We have a large family and 13 of the 17 family members stayed Thursday to Tuesday. There was plenty of room for everyone. First the negative, those stairs are no joke… carrying all our food and luggage was a task but well worth the view. The few of the perks… location, just a short walk to beach access. About 4 min central to shopping, Casino and a little park. Everything was there for us, shampoo soap, laundry detergent, dish soap, paper towels, garbage bags, pots and pans, enough silverware for everyone. And the best surprise of the tip was the endless hot water and shower pressure. Love love loved it

It is a great gathering place with 3 sitting areas in the great room. We enjoy the time together with still enough room for 4 toddlers to run around. Sufficient cooking utensils for us to make meal for 12 of us for all 5 days. The only draw back is the stairs safety for small children. We ran out of dish washer and clothes washing pod on the last day, but they were delivered to us in a timely manner. With beach in close proximity, it is very convenient for us to enjoy a walk every morning with the children. Beautiful beach in Neskowin is only 15 mins away.

This house is fantastic! We had 13 family members and we had plenty of room! This house was so clean I didn’t need to use my own Clorox wipes😩 The rooms are all nice, beds very comfortable. Thank you for a great place for all of our family to get together.

Great house close to the beach! Bedrooms are all very spacious and two included hide away beds which was perfect for small children sharing our room. There was even a pack n play. The kitchen/ dining / living room is very spacious and great for a large group. Our family of 8 adults and 4 kids were very comfortable. Very close to the grocery store which was nice. There is a very small park right next door with a play structure and basketball hoops. We all had a great time and would stay again.

We. really enjoyed our stay and had plenty of room for all 11 of us. Well stocked kitchen, blankets, games, etc. Easy to get to beach... just about a block away for access. The stairs can be a challenge for certain people but there are handrails. The single bedroom on the top floor has a futon which is very uncomfortable and not long enough for an adult. But lots of floor space to put blankets. FYI the big blue mixing bowl in the kitchen was cracked. The refrigerator needs a replacement of the water filter. The white coffee maker is missing its basket... we used a paper filter. The propane tank for the grill on the deck was emptied while we were grilling. After some difficulty since we didn't have the code, we were able to get a fresh propane tank in the garage. The second tank was left on the deck. The windows on the upper level were very dirty and need cleaning. Had to go on the deck to see the view. Overall we loved it and would go back again.

Very beautiful place, clean and a nice view. So much seating for the whole family. The only problem we really had was all bathrooms Bath tubs and shower were knee-high to a 5 foot nine person . We had an 85 year old grandma who could not get into the shower . Beds were very clean and comfortable .

Reserving this home was fast and easy, they answered my questions via text which worked great. We rented this home for a family gathering. This house is perfect, plenty of room. The living space is on the second floor so you get awesome ocean views. The kitchen has everything you need for any meal you want to cook. There was plenty of extra blankets and pillows to snuggle and watch a movie when it rained. Multiple sitting areas was awesome for the younger members of our group to watch tv while adults visited. Very close to the beach, shopping and the mall. The view from the balcony is awesome! The toiletries they provide are quality (smell fantastic) and the beds are so comfortable. We will stay here again!

We were in town for an event at Chinook Winds so this was the perfect location. It was a 2/3 min drive to Chinook or a 10/15 min walk. And being one block from the beach was is a nice bonus. The living room and kitchen area is spacious, comfortable, and clean. All the bedrooms were located on the 2nd floor which was nice for those that wanted to head to bed early for some peace and quiet and get away from those upstairs on the 3rd floor in the living room. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this location again.

It is shorter than 5 minutes to walk to the beach! Beautiful home with all bedrooms on the main floor, with the kitchen and spacious living room and reading/small office room on the top floor. The previous renters did not clean the BBQ (yuck). We text the management to inform and we cleaned it before using it. Thank you for the bottle of wine!

This property is highly recommended. It was exactly as descripted, maybe even better. There was plenty of room for the family to move around and relax, and the facilities are obviously very well attended. The location is excellent, just a stone's throw from the beach, with plenty of other activities and shops not far away. Cannot say enough good things about the property and the management team.

The home was lovely! The top floor Great room was Amazing. There were 12 of us and we never felt like we were crowded. Lots of different seating areas with comfortable reclining chairs, big sofas - it was very nice! Open kitchen which allowed us to keep partying with the family while we cooked. Had an issue with the barbecue and I called and they sent a very nice man named Angel that took care of our issues. Only 5 minutes to walk to the beach! Overall it was a great 4 day vacation!!

Stayed here for spring break with the family and had a wonderful time. It’s only a short walk to the beach with very easy access. The layout is great…bedrooms on the second floor and kitchen/dining/living rooms on the top floor, huge balconies, partial view of the ocean. The house is very spacious and clean with lots of room for kids to run around and play hide and seek! The kitchen is top notch with everything you could possibly need on vacation. We loved it and would stay here again!

Such a beautiful home. It was big enough for all of our family. Im not a fan of stairs but obviously that just is what it is. It was very comfortable, the water pressure in the showers was amazing. I prefer to be right on the beach but one street over wasnt bad to fit all of our family and you can still see thr ocean from the 3rd floor. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Just a couple of housekeeping areas to note: 1. The outdoor grill was broken and dirty. 2. My son had to give the coffee machine a deep clean before he could use it. 3. It would be helpful for you to list something about the height of the bathtub/shower in the main suite as it was very high for me and I almost fell/tripped on it getting in and out. It was good there was a bar there to hold onto. Also, the bed in the main suite was very high and I had a difficult time getting into it. Other than those things it was very lovely and we would stay again. It met our needs nicely. When/if we needed anything it was addressed quickly. No deal breakers for us!

There were some issues with the internet - they couldn't fix it (not their fault) but were very responsive, sent someone over, and comped a late checkout. Would go back.

This feels very much like a family member's home that has invited you to stay. We had 5 adults and 3 children and it worked out perfectly for us. The description didn’t do this place justice. Fully stocked kitchen, including a large variety of seasonings, grill, dishes and cookware. Gorgeous great room with beautiful views in 3 directions. Plenty of seating at a huge dining room table, and 3 cozy couch areas. The rooms were all spacious and beds clean and comfortable with extra pillows. We had a large group and had plenty of room to spread out and relax. The bathrooms were big, well lit, and had glorious water pressure. The master suite was awesome with a walkout balcony, lounge chairs, king bed and private full bathroom. A quick 3 minute walk to the beach on a quiet road, and so peaceful. I can’t say enough about this place. It definitely exceeded all our expectations and then some. Added it to our all time favorite AirB&B

I stayed at this property with my family and my brother's family - it was perfect for large groups who need lots of space. The home was clean and well-appointed with dishes, utensils, towels, etc. Very close to the beach. I would definitely go back! If you have a family member with mobility issues, be aware that there is a giant staircase to get to both levels of this home. Probably best for younger families.

We had a decent size group of 9 people and we all slept pretty comfortably. Would have been nice to have a pull out couch in the master bedroom. Instead of the two quee as but we made it work. Love the location, appliances, and layout! The huge upstairs made it really nice for everyone to relax and we did not feel cramped. Stairs were a little tough but we know that going in. Not suitable for those who have issues with stairs. Did have some water damage, and we notified itrip. Hopefully next time down to OR, we will have the option to stay here again!

The Pacifica was perfect for our annual family gathering. There was plenty of space for all of us to sleep and to hang out without being too close together. The kitchen was very large and very well appointed, which was great. Check in and check out were easy and we were not required to clean or wash linens before leaving as is sometimes the case.
