Had a great weekend here! Great home in proximity to the beach and amenities. Steam room was awesome and beds were comfortable.

The listing was more than expected, the pictures definitely do this place justice. We enjoyed the space and it was so well kept and clean. There were much more amenities provided than expected. Will recommend this place to anyone wanting to get away to Rockaway Beach. Also the neighbor hood dog was a delight!

The house is beautiful and has everything we need to cook our meals. The windows in the living room are stunning and the view is incredible. I would definitely book this house again

Great for families. Upstairs could use a small coffee bar for those early morning joe & thea. Si close to to steep climb to the top of the dune and then steep sand down the dune to the ocean. Spectacular views.

Me and my fiancé stayed at Ocean Oasis for a relaxing weekend getaway and it did not disappoint! When we arrived the house was very put together and clean and ready for our arrival. The hosts even put out a bottle of complimentary wine. I did some baking and cooking during our weekend and the house had all the amenities I could ever need! Besides the home being very clean and inviting the views from the house were breathtaking and our puppy loved the short walk to the beach! So blessed that this home was available for us to rent this weekend and we will be staying here everytime we are in Rockaway Beach! Highly recommend to families and singles alike!

Nothing beats taking time away from the busyness of life. The buzz of deadlines, commitments, and even the demand of City life. Ocean oasis is a warm inviting space at Rockaway beach; where relaxing, refreshing, and renewing your spirit takes-place; in the stillness of time. Being tucked just off the shore, but not to far that you can’t hear the roar of the sea! A few steps from the home and your feet are in the sand. The home provides a true home away from home. Everything you may need or want available in the home. Therefore, you’re not stuck thinking on things that you shoulda, coulda, woulda! The home is so warm and inviting it truly feels like you have lived there for years. Freeing your mind to be present in the present. The beach itself in all the times we stepped foot on it! Was clean and not surrounded by crowds of people. It was breathtaking with the sunrises/sunsets, people from town and out of town, everyone so warm and welcoming, and all pets enjoy the brake as well. Value that places like this are pet friendly and allow you to not board and/or leave your furry family members at home. We definitely will be making this our place to land in future beach trips. Thank you Ocean Oasis for the opportunity to relax, refresh, and renew!

We were elated by the ease of location to all amenities like restaurants, store, beach front. It was truly a great option for a quite stay with nearly beach front property at easily half the cost. The sauna/steam room was great, the view during sunset was spectacular. We couldn’t have found a better location for my birthday weekend stay!

It’s hard to highlight all of the great things this house afforded us on my birthday weekend trip. The house was clean, plenty of space and very comfortable. Easy access to the beach, wonderful steam/sauna room, multiple entrances and split level bedrooms with separate bathrooms. It was a wonderful option for a nearly beachfront stay, at easily half the cost. The kitchen was well equipped for great dinners and breakfast. Big screen TV’s in nearly every room it seemed. Great view for sunsets every night. We will certainly be back to this location for multiple reason, but mostly because it felt like a home away from home!

Our stay at this BnB was absolutely phenomenal—far exceeding our expectations! The hosts thought of everything, providing a BBQ grill, a cozy fire pit, and all the beach supplies we could need, which made our trip so effortless and fun. We made unforgettable memories grilling dinners, relaxing by the fire pit under the stars, and hitting the beach with ease thanks to the provided gear. This place is a gem—highly recommend for anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

We genuinely enjoyed our 4-night stay in this dog-friendly home. The calming decor has a true coastal vibe, and the abundance of windows made peek-a-boo views of the ocean possible. We appreciated all of the amenities that were provided—from a well-stocked kitchen to creature comforts like nice towels. Although we didn’t really use the lower level, it appears that the offerings on there would provide for hours of family entertainment. We hope to stay there again sometime!
