Welcome to Manhattan Beach Escape, a truly special retreat just two homes away from the stunning shores of the Pacific Ocean. Thoughtfully designed for families or groups, this spacious home offers everything you need for a memorable stay on the Oregon Coast—including incredible ocean views, multiple suites, and fun-filled amenities.

Step up from the parking area and onto the welcoming front deck, where you can relax, enjoy the sea breeze, and fire up the grill for a beachside barbecue. Inside, the main level greets you with an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area bathed in natural light and the soothing sound of nearby waves. It’s a perfect gathering space for sharing meals, playing games, or simply unwinding together.

Three comfortable bedrooms are located on the main level. The first includes an en-suite bathroom that also offers shared access for convenience. A second spacious suite features a queen bed, twin-over-full bunk, and its own en-suite bathroom, making it ideal for a family. This suite also connects to a fantastic game room equipped with a foosball table, TV, books, games, and a cozy couch—sure to be a hit with kids and adults alike. The third bedroom on this floor features a comfy queen bed and is perfect for additional guests.

Upstairs, you'll discover a private bedroom suite with its own bathroom and unique amenities. A converted walk-in closet serves as a quiet workspace with a desk—ideal for guests who may need to check in on work while away. PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **

Additional Property Information:
We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

I rented this place to take my family for a spring break trip. There were ten of us total. Five grandchildren and five adults. We had a great time. The house was very nice, close to the beach and plenty of room. It had everything we needed and no problems. I give it a high 5 stars and would rent again ! Tom Z

Had an incredibly relaxing long weekend with the family. House was laid out expertly so kiddos shared room with foosball table and bunk bed and adults had plenty of room to relax. Well stocked kitchen (even had a big stock pot when we made homemade clam chowder) Home is accross the street from a little market if you forget butter or need a soda.

Beautiful house, amazing location, fantastic communication. We stayed at the Rockaway beach house with 6 adults and 3 small children. The short walk to the beach, proximity to Rockaway and easy access to the historic railroad was key in creating family memories that will last a lifetime. We were concerned that the train tracks nearby would be noisy, but the historic railroad that uses the line only operates in the winter, drives by only a few times a day, and their horn/bell is fairly quiet. The tracks are actually great if you have small children, as they will enjoy standing by the tracks and waving to passengers as the train passes by. The house was spacious with enough room for everyone to feel comfortable. Having en-suite bathrooms in 3 of the 4 bedrooms was such a nice comfort for our family that appreciates personal space. Do note: both the front deck and upper deck have views of the ocean. We actually spent more time on the front-deck because of its easy access to the other living spaces (kitchen, living room, etc). We enjoyed our time at this house so much, we're planning on booking again next year for our family vacation. Thank you again for the wonderful stay!
