Excellent stay tucked away in the hills. Incredible view. Good amenities and clean property. Host thought of all the little details that made the stay extra special. Location is fantastic - easy access to some great hiking and more great views, and also a stone's throw (downhill) away from the super quaint and posh Pearl district. Would definitely stay here again next time we're down in Portland.

My family and I stayed here for a family vacation and it was perfect. The house is extremely clean, there was constant communication with the manager and it is in the perfect location. The manager emailed me a couple days before our trip with information and wineries they recommended! Highly recommend!

This place is truly one of a kind, I stayed for six nights. My favorite part about it is the view. It's also closely located to hiking trails in forest park, and is a short walk from the northwest district shops and restaurants. Corey goes above above and beyond to make sure his guest are provided with an exceptional experience. I highly recommend staying here. Cant wait to be back!

Lovely views and serenity from up in Kings Heights. The house was just the right size for us and our two kids, very clean, and the bed in the master bedroom was one of the most comfortable I can remember. The house is close to the action of Portland, but just far enough away that it doesn't feel like you're in the city. We'd love to stay here again if we get the chance.

This home is situated in an absolutely beautiful neighborhood in the hills above Portland. It’s located in the perfect spot - right below the prestigious Arlington District and 10 min from the shops and eating locations in the Northwest District below. Just a few minutes drive into town, and yet the area feels so private! While waking up to get a cuppa in the kitchen, there’s a large gorgeous window view of the neighborhood gardens and hills on one side of the house. But when you turn around to enter the dinning and living room area, your view is a stunning vista of trees, a few scattered homes on the hills around you, the river way below and Mt Hood in the background. Such a lovely combo of vistas! We enjoyed sitting on the deck listening to the birds— so many song birds! The house is located right next to one of the largest public parks in the US so you’re literally steps away from a forest of trees, trails and wide open spaces. The beds were super comfy, the two full bathrooms were a bonus and the living space was cozy. Convenient laundry room next to the side door and fully stocked kitchen. Driveway parking and just a step up to bring in our luggage. Very clean and well taken care of. The pet friendly policy was such a bonus, too —we appreciated that the owners welcomed our entire family and enjoyed walking our small dog in this lovely neighborhood. This location ends at the trailhead so there’s not a lot of traffic except for locals and hikers, but definitely keep your pets on leash because of the curvy roads. Overall, an outstanding stay! Corey is one of the best property managers — we’ve stayed at another one of his properties and he’s so gracious, quick to respond, professional, kind and yet allows his guests their privacy. Corey really cares about his customer’s experience. We look forward to our next visit!

Great house with amazing views of the west side of Portland and Mt St Helens. Perhaps the most desirable neighborhood in Portland area. All photos of the house are exactly representative and we enjoyed our stay. Corey went out of his way to arrange an extension for us from two to three weeks. All in, a 5 star experience.

The view from this place is the best! It sits up on a hill and overlooks the city and the water. On a couple of clear days, we could see Mt St Helens, Mt Adams and Mt Ranier! Beautiful. The home was well appointed and the hosts were great to communicate with. They even went above and beyond on the hot days to be sure our AC was working well. Definitely will stay here again.

what a wonderful spot! twisty turns up the hill from alphabetville and there you are! incredible views off the huge deck. 3 lovely bedrooms. lovely places to eat and hang out and enjoy the view. Corey was super responsive. one of the best ever! there is a high chair and pack n play on site.and a beautiful hike (well explained in the house manual) that we really enjoyed. such great architecture to check out as well. really beautiful neighborhood.

My husband and our three kids enjoyed our stay at this peaceful house! It was the perfect place to come home to after a day exploring the area. The house was clean, well-stocked, and very comfortable! The deck was beautiful and we enjoyed eating take-out dinners outside almost every evening. Gorgeous views.

We spent the weekend here and LOVED the beautiful view, huge deck with seating, and quiet neighborhood. The place is spacious and has everything you need, along with very very comfy beds. The five of us spent hours on the deck chatting away - this was a girls trip after not being able to meet all together for almost two years - and we just had such a nice time together in portland and at the airbnb. Check-in was super easy and clearly communicated. Thanks for making our stay wonderful!

It felt like being at home. All amenities including a well stocked assortment of kitchen utensils and practicals like scissors and tape were easily accessible. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bed linens high-end. One bathroom shower was ‘tight’, but easily functional. And the view…..And the Pinot….. we loved our stay.

We had a great time staying at this property! The entire experience was wonderful! Check in/out was easy. The property is just beautiful! I was there to finish writing a book and it was exactly what we were seeking. Just a few minutes down the hill to the 23rd Street NW neighborhood! Pine State Biscuits. Ken's Breads. Grassa. Papa Haydyn. Great little restaurants. Lots of people watching. Easy hiking right in the neighborhood! iTrip was extremely helpful and professional. Three days the mountains came out to play providing breathtaking views. It's endlessly interesting to watch the port. The master bedtroom and the larger front bedroom had exceptionally comfortable beds. The middle bedroom had a softer bed than we normally prefer. We really enjoyed the large living room and dining room and spent much of our time resting, reading, watching movies and hanging out. The bathtub is a great deep soaking tub. We wanted for nothing! We were sad to bid it farewell! We will definitely stay here again! Highly recommend this rental. Whether you are traveling alone, with family or friends you'll have a great time!

Had a great stay here with 4 adults for 5 nights. Had just about everything that we needed already in the unit - so well stocked. There's a beautiful view of the city and you can see Mt. Hood on a clear day. Easy access into the city - just downhill via a winding road. The road is a bit intimidating in the dark. A couple of things to be aware of that's not obvious from the pics- one of the queen beds is really high - like need a step stool to get on it high. And the king bed is pretty high, too. We were traveling with an elderly couple and they couldn't use either of those beds. There was one queen bed that was a lower height because it didn't have a box spring. Just something to be aware of if you're traveling with children or vertically-challenged adults. Also, the floor isn't level in some places and almost sags when you walk in some areas. Again, it could be an issue if you are traveling with older folks in your party. WiFi was decent.

This home is beautiful. The location was great for getting to and from soccer fields in Beaverton and Portland The couch is a bit small for the 4 people we had staying. It wasn’t the most comfortable couch. The beds were fantastic. Overall the home was amazing! Well stocked, comfortable, safe! The city is a mess with homeless camps, & damage from the 2020 protests but it felt safe and clean in this home.

We visited Portland for the first time and it was great! I chose this property for the easy location to everything we wanted to see and do. This is the type of place you don’t want to review because you want to keep it to yourself. Appreciated the place being dog friendly and the easy access to forest park. The walk to 23rd is easy and there are ride share apps for the way back up the hill. Had to work during our stay and the monitor was a nice perk too.

Two couples in Portland for the weekend and this was the perfect stay. Nestled into a high end neighborhood that looks down over the city and has a hiking trailhead for adventure. House has a killer sound system that we connected to and enjoyed our favorite music during our stay. Beds are comfortable and house is well equipped. I was a little disappointed the view was of the industrial area, but it was still a good value for the quality of the area. And we could see noteworthy mountains in the distance.

This was a great house for a family trip. I'm not sure if I'd recommend it for babies/toddlers as the deck has wide gaps to a straight drop down a cliff below, and due to the lack of small child amenities and black out curtains, but we loved the location away from the busier parts of the city. Everything in the house was clean and modern, and we had a very comfortable stay.

House is located in one of Portland’s best areas! The neighborhood is so lovely. Very convenient! Nicely furnished with good and interesting art on the walls. Only used the master bedroom; excellent bed! Discovered there were much better bed pillows stored in the closets. We switched those out in place of foam pillows. Nice linens. The shower valve in the smaller bath off of the kitchen/pantry area is reversed. Cold is hot and hot is cold. Shower was a bit small as it is a corner shower. But it was fine. The night view is particularly pretty from the living room and master bedroom. Easy access and driveway parking. Did not cook, but appreciated the good coffee maker and coffee grinder a lot. We did stay for 3 nights over a premium weekend which raised the overall cost to close to 600.00 per night which is a little high. However, location means quite a bit to us and this house had it! Overall, a very nice stay!

Lovely, charming bungalow. The house is in a fantastic upscale neighborhood and offers wonderful opportunities for walks and even hiking. The views from the spacious balcony that runs the length of the house are jaw-dropping. The only thing that may need consideration is there are no blinds on the large windows facing the street from the kitchen. Otherwise the house is quiet, clean and a perfect location to visit Portland.

This listing was perfect for our family. It had spectacular views and was close to hiking trails, which we really enjoyed. The unit was spacious, and had a great sound system. We definitely would have spent more time on the deck if the weather permitted. As mentioned, it’s a long downhill walk into town for restaurants and coffee shops. The unit was well-appointed and everything was in great working order; I appreciated that the hosts checked in with daily texts and the opportunity to communicate any concerns.

My cat, two dogs and I desperately needed long-term housing after a freeze caused massive flooding in my home. I was lucky enough to find the AirBnB on Luray Terrace. The iTrip company was wonderfully helpful in coordinating things with the insurance company. They were always very responsive to me whenever I had a question or required a repair. (Victor, the main handyman, was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient!) I was also very blessed with a wonderful landlord who, upon meeting me, assured me I could stay as long as required. The kindnesses I received from the team at iTrip, my landlord and my neighbors on Luray Terrace helped me through the long reconstruction process. I am extremely grateful to have spent those months in such a lovely home and neighborhood.

The space was exactly like the photos, and the view was beautiful! The winding drive up takes you through a lovely neighborhood full of amazing houses. The only complaint was that the internet was pretty slow, so the music kept pausing and my friend who intended to work from the house had to use a hotspot to get anything done. So just be prepared if you intend to work from the space. Otherwise, a lovely stay.

This was the lovliest, coziest home. Layout was great and was spotlessly clean. Kitchen was large, which was a nice luxury and was super well stocked. View was amazing, high above the tree tops and Portland and we LOVED the neighborhood...Amazing for walking. Would highly recommend!
