Just 150 yards from the Twin Rocks Beach access point, this home offers easy access to the sandy shores of Rockaway Beach, where you can spend your days lounging in the sun, building sandcastles, or exploring the coastline.

For those seeking outdoor adventure, the private dock invites you to fish or explore the lake with the provided kayaks, complete with life vests for all sizes. As evening falls, gather around the outdoor fire pit and roast marshmallows under the starry sky, or simply relax in the hot tub and enjoy the peaceful views of the expansive private lot and lake.

The private studio en suite, situated over the garage and connected to the main house by its own walkway, serves as a secluded retreat. It includes a king-sized bed, mini refrigerator, and a 42" screen TV. Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel.
