We were actually the first people to stay at this property since it has been updated. The newly renovated unit was so cozy and was perfect for a weekend away! They were actually still working on the property adding final touches and furniture to other units and we were able to speak to one of the gentleman about the property and he was so kind and welcoming. We will be back for sure!

Great place to stay! Nice and comfortable. The king size bed was super comfy and sitting area was a great touch to the space. I recommending staying here if you’re going to cruise the Oregon coast. Canon beach and Seaside is only about 15-30 minutes away.

Great value for a clean and newly renovated apartment that is close to the beach. A great option if you have a pet. It’s right off 101 so there is car noise and you have to cross the highway to get to the beach. The beach is beautiful and not crowded!

This place made a last-minute coast visit feasible, accessible and comfortable. Super clean, small with a roomy feeling, and well appointed. Basics in the kitchen, so ordering out but eating in is easy. Comfy beds, too. There are two floors, so if stairs are an issue you’d want to know that. RR tracks run parallel across the street, but weren’t an issue for us. Spectacular beach a short walk across the road. Walking distance to anything we wanted (few sidewalks, if that’s an issue for you, but decent enough shoulder). We needed coffee and there’s an awesome cafe nearby. Nearby restaurants accommodated GF and V diets in our group. Plenty of quirky shops, a police museum, and interesting architecture in a “small hamlet” vibe of a place. They have an artist’s market on Thursdays! I recommend it!

Rental was freshly-remodeled (and pretty nicely from what I could tell), very comfortable. Location was excellent, a block from the beach. If you're planning on spending most of your time at the beach or out and about, this place is perfect. I would definitely rent this place again. The only ding I would give it is the fact that there was basically zero cleaning supplies. If you rent this place, might be good to bring a broom or a vacuum in order to get the sand and dirt out of the carpet.

It was perfect for our brief stay and would have also been for a longer stay, The location is convenient for all that Rockaway Beach has to offer. It is very clean as it has recently been refurbished. The comfortable beds are new as are the appliances. The only downside is that it is right on Highway 101 so there is road noise when the windows are open (Traffic is very light at night so it is not a real problem). The windows effectively block the noise when they are closed.

I think ITrip should not be charging people to check in early and staying late. If the time doesn’t work for the owner for people to arrive or depart say no. Don’t charge $60.

Great stay in coastal Oregon! Steps away from the beach with lots to do in the area. Close to Tillamook, Cape Meares Lighthouse, Cannon Beach, Haystack Rock, some good surf breaks, and many nearby hikes and waterfalls! Clean, modern, cozy. Heater worked great in chilly October. Hosts say they are looking to add laundry soon, but not yet available when we stayed. Good food nearby: Wanda’s Cafe & Bakery, Trios Locos III, Yolk

Only complaint is I wish there were some coat hooks. Silly I know, but it was pouring down rain and it would been nice to have a place to hang wet coats instead of spreading them out throughout. Everything else was great. A little small but fit everything we needed so no complaints and the location was absolutely perfect for us.

Small 2 bedroom apartment with little dining area and small living area. It was right size for 3 adults to stay in. Very clean but small refrigerator and freezer. We are out so the kitchen didn’t need to be big. Overall satisfied with the experience.

What a fantastic little hidden gem in the heart of Rockaway! Just a couple blocks to the little downtown area where there are lots of shops and restaurants and the beach is right across the street! The space itself is cozy, well organized, and comfortable. Can’t beat the price. Tremendous value for the location and offered amenities. I would definitely stay again!

Everything was very clean and looked like the photos. I would recommend a new shower curtain rod as the current one is rusty. Also an end table and lamp in the second bedroom would be helpful. Great location right off 101 and a short walk to the beach.

This property is so charming. It’s a motel that’s been renovated to rentals and it’s just as cute as the photos. You can tell the attention that was paid to the interior details. It was the perfect size for our family of 4. We had the end unit and we had views of the mountains and ocean and could hear the waves crashing. It is on 101 and near the train tracks but we didn’t hear a thing. There were ear plugs, but we didn’t need them and enjoyed a good nights sleep. The two beds are large and comfy. The property was clean and well maintained. The kitchen area was perfect if you are planning a longer stay. We enjoyed dinner at Trios and stopped by the well stocked market before calling it a night. The management team was the most communicative I’ve ever experienced. Everything from check in, to recommendations, to check out is clearly detailed and sent both email and text.

The place was cute, very clean and a great location with quick access to the beach just right across the street. You get a partial view of the beach from the bedrooms. Beds were comfortable!! I did not notice any noise from neighbors as mentioned in other reviews (maybe we didn't have any?). I would stay here again for sure.

Nice small inn. Clean and comfortable unit. Amenities work as expected. It is convenient to have microwave and refrigerator. The unit also has plates, glasses and forks. Easy access to beach and get to the center of the town (a few minutes walk). The only minor gripe was the sheets and towels. Some of them have hairs and stains even they were clean ones.

Cozy little place to stay in Rockaway Beach. The beach is just across highway 101, maybe a two minute walk to the waves. I did appreciate the ear plugs that are provided as the highway was right out the window. It is a trade off for the location. There were cute shops and restaurants within walking distance.

This place is located right off 101 in Rockaway Beach, a nice quiet town compared to the other big name towns. We were on the unit (#10) closest to the highway, but I was actually surprised on the volume of cars as I pretty much passed out through the night without issues. That said if you are a light sleeper you might want to bring earplugs, which the host has kindly provided too! The apartment is clean and nice. We had 2 adults and a toddler and we enjoyed the space.

This little spot was a great jumping off point for walking thru Rockaway, and right on Hwy 101, so we could access everything we needed. A short little walk to the beach. The shower is a bit small, but we had plenty of warm water—and everything was very clean.

Great location just across the street from the beach, a few blocks from the Tie Breaker restaurant, the famous Flamingo Jim's store, and the small grocery market. Very clean and tidy. Good price for the amenities. Can be loud if you're staying on the end near the highway as we did but they left ear plugs for us which we found thoughtful. This is a great place to stay if you plan to be at the beach or exploring the area for the day.
