What an ideal location! Glimmering sands got highest ratings from us across the board, cleanliness, well equipped, great communications and responsiveness. But, wow, it has an off-the-scale amazing location! Front deck is just a few feet away from stairs to the beach. And enjoying the hot tub from that deck while waves curl and gulls soar by is just delightful!

Last week my husband and I had the privilege of staying one night at your beautiful cottage. It was the perfect place to get away for the day and we enjoyed every minute. Things to fix on your post…..Just update the parking situation and that you have to walk all your stuff down stairs. And it would be nice to have more privacy when in hot tub ….plant some shrubs or something Besides that the stay was great

We loved our weekend at this property. Everything was neat and tidy, the quick easy beach access was appreciated. (Referencing the private access, you do have to navigate stairs which may not be easy for everyone) The hot tub was the perfect way to end the day. Grateful for the perfect get away for our family!

Great condo for a couple and their 2 dogs! Comfortable and clean. Nice location with an amazing view. Basically lived in the hot tub, can’t beat soaking and watching the ocean. Only issue was that there was a family staying above us. They have a small soaking tub on that balcony. It seemed like the whole family tried getting into the tub at the same time which caused a large amount of water from their tub to fall down on us and in our tub.

Our family had an incredible weekend at this home. You have beautiful ocean views from sitting perched up on the cliff but access to the beach just steps off your porch. The hot tub was clean and such a great addition. The home was stocked with everything we needed. We were a bit worried about parking being an issue but there was plenty of parking just right past the driveway for our large truck and my parents car as well. We’ll definitely be back again!

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We made use of all the helpful amenities (beach towels, chairs, and more) and left feeling refreshed and relaxed. We were in a ground level unit with a nearly panoramic view of the beach and ocean. The front deck and hot tub, while not the most private spaces, are nonetheless wonderful assets. They do not offer rain cover, so be aware that their usefulness depends on the weather. The beach access for the whole complex is adjacent to this unit. This is very convenient, but also has implications on privacy. It was as much of a bother for us though. The neighboring renters were all quiet and respectful during our stay. We appreciated the in-unit washer/dryer which was helpful in drying wet towels and clothes when we'd come in from the rainy weather. The space was also very pet friendly and we met lots of four legged friends during our stay. The unit had a well-appointed kitchen and an outdoor grill which we made good use of, too. The gas fireplace was also a wonderful and cozy way to keep warm. The lighting in the unit could use some improvements, such as providing more lamps in the living space. We prefer not to rely on harsh overhead lights. I'd also appreciate if consistent light bulb colors were throughout (ie: softer, warmer). Some fixtures had burnt out and mis-matched colors that needed replacing. Lighting nitpicks aside, we had a great stay and look forward to a return trip!

Really enjoyed this place for a quick last minute girls trip! The view was spectacular, the place had a nice private feel, and was very clean and beautiful inside. Kitchen was well-stocked (I like to cook at the coast and this place had everything), beds were very comfortable, and each room had its own bathroom which was great! We loved it!

The location was perfect and the beach was really beautiful. Couldn’t ask for a nicer beach. Depoe Bay was charming and quant. The house was very inviting and comfortable. The carpet needed repair as well as some of the furniture. I called to have the battery replaced in the smoke alarm, the master bathroom tub was clogged, and the hot tub motor was continuously running.

The condo was as near perfect as one could hope. Perfect location, all the amenities were beyond pleasing. Comfortable furniture, modern convenient appliances, spacious enough for our family. We were pleasantly thrilled with the accomodations. A few things that need attention: the porch light needs to be on a motion sensor not just a photo cell. having it "on" all night is annoying when trying to sleep in king bedroom. Window is too close to light and the blinds are inadequate to block out light. A set of steak knives would be nice for when you grill steaks on barbeque. A second box fan for the queen bedroom would be nice. The hot tub jets need some attention, some are non-functional. But the place is so extremely awesome it's easy to overlook these minor inconveniences. The view alone is outstanding.

What a great place for my wife and I to enjoy the Oregon Coast beach life for a few days. Our Lab enjoyed running on the beach. Hot tub views were great and the bottle of wine in the unit was a great touch! Unit was perfect in every respect. Everything worked and was well stocked Itrip Vacations Northwest we’re excellent to work with, as our request was a last minute rental. Kudos to Sam, Devyn and Darlene who responded to my text messages and phone calls, within minutes. 5 Star service!

We loved staying at this little condo. It was perfect for four people. The view was amazing! There was a wild storm during our stay, and we spent a lot of time at the windows watching it. Although the kitchen was pretty cramped, it was very well stocked with everything we needed and more. There was extra bedding and plenty of towels. The hot tub worked great and was clean. The only issue with it (or maybe with us) was that we could not get the bar to stay behind the tub, so we had to rest it across the middle of the tub. As mentioned in prior reviews, the deck above us dripped continually. When the guests upstairs used their tub (which might be a portable unit), water literally cascaded down over the side of their tub and onto our deck and tub directly below. We never were able to access Netflix, even after texting the host. There were great dog toys and food bowls for our dog. Nice to have a W/D because of how wet we got in the storm. We would stay again and recommend to others.

This place is fantastic! It's perfect for a girls trip, two couples, or a small family. Having a bathroom in each bedroom was a big bonus for us. The condo was very clean and well equipped. The ocean view here is unreal. I'm sure this place is absolutely amazing during the summer, but I've got to say, between the fireplace and the hot tub, it was a magical spot to watch the winter storms role in. I would definitely come back!

This property exceeded our expectations and was a great value for the rate we paid. Of course, the best feature of this property is the incredible view of the ocean. In the morning when the tide was high, it looked so close that we almost felt like we were on a boat. We loved the hot tub and the ability to sit and watch the waves and the stars. It is actually a really great hot tub with a comfortable layout for soaking and though not obscured from the vision of neighbors, it felt quite private. The unit itself was clean and comfortable, practical and well stocked kitchen and working gas grill. Appreciated the fully stocked spice rack for cooking, the washer/dryer and the bath products in both of the clean and comfortable bathrooms. There were plenty of towels and linens, and unlike most rentals even access to a throw blanket in the living room. There were beach towels handy by the sliding glass door and though we didn't use them, we saw plentiful beach toys for use and beach chairs that could go down to the sand. It is a cute and quiet little neighborhood and there is an easy walk to a little cafe. It was closed when we were there, but it looks like it would be a great place to grab a pastry and coffee in the morning. It's a short drive to a grocery store and also to Depoe Bay and my favorite restaurant, Tidal Raves. We had some questions when we arrived, but the hosts were easily accessible. We had no problems at all. The only recommendation we have is that it would be helpful to have a list of what we should do at check out. I started the towels in the washer before we left, but as we drove away I was worried we might have thrown off the cleaning process by doing so. We will definitely be back!

wonderful property, stellar views! the hot tub above was not leaking on us as previously-mentioned reviews indicated. there is no parking at the unit itself, instead you have to park along a rock wall but it’s very close by. if it’s busy season, there’s a possibility you’re walking far to your car. the beds are so comfortable! each bedroom has black out shades so sleeping in was easy! Hot tub was clean and has cool color-changing LEDs! The grill was clean, easy to use, and had a full propane tank. I would love to stay here again!

Gorgeous seaside condo with well stocked kitchen, 2 comfortable bedrooms, and hot tub right on the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the deck with a glass of wine and watching beautiful sunsets. The endless beach was almost private as only occasional walkers would pass by. Our dog was thrilled with daily trips down the beach to Fishing Rock which was covered with anemones, barnacles and had incredible tide pools with starfish. The view from the top was spectacular. C'est la Vie Cafe that was within walking distance had delicious crepes.

It was hard to leave when our stay way over. The view is amazing and it is a really cozy unit. I really like there are two master bedrooms, so we each had our own bathroom. Beach access is easy and it is an easy driver to Lincoln City or Depoe Bay. I will be coming back in November!

Nice 2 bed 2 bath basement space (1 or 2 units above in upper stories of the home). We heard a little bit of noise from above, but it was minimal & the space worked well for us, our two kids, and our pup. King bed + washer dryer in the master bath were pluses, as was the ample supply of beach toys for the kids. Also, the path down to the beach was literally 10 feet away from the deck - you walk down 35 steps and you're on the sand. Only complaint was that the television did not have sports-related channels (and its the middle of football season!). Anyhow, we would happily stay here again.

We stayed over Thanksgiving weekend. My kids got there before we did. The house wasn't cleaned well. Mold on the windows in master, dishwasher was full. Pots and pans were dirty under the cabinets. Carpet in the master is tore up. Dog hair all in the sheets. Pull out couch had dog food in it. Among other things. Called and they said they would have a crew came out to assess the situation. A lady came out very upset that she had to come by. She brought us sheets and was extremely rude and did nothing to help fix the problem. Called back again because of how the cleaning lady acted and needed more sheets because the ones they brought had hair all over them still. I did send videos and took more photos which i didn't send because by this point it was late and i just wanted to enjoy the time with my family. So, i spent time cleaning a bit. .story longer..They are supposed to refund some of our money to make it right. However, if it was cleaned and maintained properly none of this would have been an issue. We go to the beach every year for Thanksgiving. A time to relax & get away..not to deal with these kinds of issues. I don't like to leave negative reviews but this was an extremely uncomfortable situation for all of us. The hot tub was nice and the location was great. Easy walk to the beach.

What an amazing 4 1/2 days in Depoe Bay at Glimmering Sands. The minute you look out the back window of the unit you feel as if you can reach out and touch the ocean. From the sound of the crashing waves to the smell of the fresh ocean air, every adventure awaits you the minute you step foot outside. And inside the accommodations are more than comfortable. From the spacious bedrooms and well stocked bathrooms and kitchen to the gas fireplace that warms the entire unit in short order. The TV and the internet work flawlessly and honestly, with everything that awaits you just steps from the unit who needs a TV. It literally takes you less than 30 seconds to be on the beautiful beach below the unit where miles of clean sand await you. We will definitely return to enjoy this wonderful setting in the future.

If you are looking for a place with great views of the ocean, very comfortable, close to stores and restaurants, a very safe and friendly neighborhood, and absolutely responsive hosts, this is your place. We loved everything about this place. It was absolutely spotless. We have stayed at a lot of places on the coast and this had the best views. Beach access was right off the porch. The beach was perfect. There is a grocery store about 5 mini away. And the French restaurant is withing walking distance, and really worth a visit. Depoe Bay was only about 15 or 20 mins. All in all, we would absolutely stay here again. there are some steps to get in the front door. But you can also access it from the grass along a path. But my 85 year old dad had no issues with the stairs.

We love Bella Beach! Lincoln Beach is a perfect location for many types of adventures along the Oregon Coast— glass blowing in Lincoln City, amazing hiking nearby, great places to eat and shop in Newport, and at Bella Beach, we had an amazing getaway and access to the beach.

The location is fantastic! Check in was a breeze, absolutely no problems at all. My friend and I both agreed that the beds were really comfortable. The hot tub was perfect and that view is breathtaking. The kitchen is stocked with everything you would need to cook. I would stay here again. Thank you!

We had a wonderful time at our condo rental . It was at a wonderful location on the beach just minutes from Depoe Bay and close to Lincoln City . Close to restaurants and grocery stores . The condo was nice decorated and furniture was comfortable. The hot tub was perfect ! Parking is easier then what others have said . A cute quiet coastal neighborhood . Very pet friendly and management is always available for questions . Highly recommend.

The property was outstanding. I just wish that the price of the stay would be up front rather than finding out it's over double the nightly quoted amount after all the fees.

This beach house is perfect for a family of 4! The beach is so close we can watch the kids playing from the backyard deck!! Hot tub was clean and relaxing! Nice neighborhood and everyone is so friendly!

This is our second stay at Glimmering Sands and will likely be our go to destination in the future. The unit is fully equipped with all the amenities you would need for a comfortable stay. Always clean and always nice with wonderful ocean front views.

We had a fabulous stay: it is a beautiful place with location, location, location! Hot tub was so nice. Not overly thrilled with 60 dollar additional charge to check in 2 hours early especially considering 300 dollar cleaning fee for a 2 night stay and 10 am check out. The unit had already been cleaned and an early check in would have been so nice.

Gorgeous Views. Great place for two couples. Having your own bedroom and bathroom is a game changer. Loved the Fireplace. If we had any suggestions, it would be to add a topper to the King Bedroom with the washer and dryer, lower the tv as it is a neck breaker when watching football games. Invest in Nonstick pans please. We spent too much time trying to clean them after cooking. Everything stuck to the pans. On your listing you should let your guests know this property is NOT handicap accessible. Steep stairs. Access to the beach is amazing!

Cozy accommodation upscale beach cabin style. Had everything we needed to enjoy the weekend at the Oregon coast. Kitchen well equipped and hot tub out back overlooking the ocean. quiet neighborhood and short drives to towns with shopping and dining. My husband and I would stay again.

This place was great, great location for morning beach walks, close to Depoe Bay. My only comment was they had Nieto cleaning supplies in the house, so I had no way to wipe counters or clean spills.

Clean room great views and excellent hot tub. Only complaint was the front door lock should be replaced. Not intuitive actually had to watch a video how to open the front door after entering the code.

Great place. Perfect distance from the beach and the hot tub overlooking the Ocean was amazing. Bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed the fireplace. Loved the little coffee shop that we could walk to. Great spot of you don’t want to be in town and you want to relax.

From booking to check out, ITrip Vacations made this very easy and stress free! Lots of recommendations for nearby activities, restaurants and local events. ITrip checked in daily making sure our stay was going smoothly. The listing was exactly a described! It was a bit windy but we were able to enjoy the sunset from the balcony and hot tub. Early morning walk right down to the beach and making/having our meals with the gorgeous beach right outside our windows. We loved this trip, celebrating Father’s Day. We will definitely be back!

Incredible view. Loved the hot tub! We had a couple bumps when we arrived (microwave was out, couldn’t find sheets for the pull out) but the host helped up figure it out and even brought extra linens to be sure we were covered. Would definently go back!

Had a great stay at glimmering sands condominium on the beach the hot tub overlooking the beach was great, I didn’t realize it was a two or three story condominium, and there were people above us. I did not read that in the description but overall the house was nice And the view spectacular and the access to the beach was easy. There was a little bit of foot traffic with their animals going back-and-forth front of our condominium.

This has been our third year at Glimmering Sands and we plan to come back again next year. This unit is always clean and in good repair with lots of amenities like a gas grill, hot tub on the deck, and laundry in the unit. Love the beauty of ocean front and the bonus of a really long walking beach. Can’t wait to come back!

We normally stay in Lincoln City for our yearly vacation to the coast but so happy we changed it up and found this gem in Depoe Bay! This place was perfect for myself, husband, 2 year old and dog! Steps away from the beach, the hot tub was amazing at night to watch the stars. Whale watching tour was minutes down the road and also had family pics taken 5 minutes away at Fogarty beach! Newport aquarium 30 min away! It was such a fun adventure!!! We definitely will be back! The hosts are very attentive and quick to respond if you need anything at all! I appreciate the quiet hours so you can enjoy peace and quiet in the evenings. Thank you for everything!!!
