We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 amIf it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

Rented this place for my birthday to enjoy a long relaxing weekend. Corey was quick at responding with any questions I had for him, was very professional & helpful. I spent the first night with my partner & the last 2 days with a couple sets of friends. We ended up staying at the home more than the beach! The views were incredible from the master bedroom as well as the patio & dinning room. The hot tub is perfectly located & there are tons of options outside seating or laying out on the deck. We cooked every single meal here & the kitchen did not disappoint! There wasn’t anything I even needed to bring, they had every pot/pan you could think of. It made the weekend that much more relaxing not having to focus on where to eat, although there are great suggestions for places to go & things to do in the House Manual. The beds were very comfortable, with clean linens. The House was pleasantly decorated, very tidy & they provided little details like extra toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, etc. The surrounding property is probate & gorgeous. The fire pit is ready to go, they already had wood chopped for us. Plenty of picnic space, swings, little trail around the property & the pond is too cute. The walk to the beach was just 1 street over. I couldn’t believe how close it was. Gleneden beach was beautiful & quiet. Great neighborhood, we met plenty of people walking our dog in the morning. One of the neighbors even gave us some fresh flowers! Our family & friends who came up to visit had an amazing time as well. We all promised to rent this place again, we had that good of a time! Wish we didn’t have to leave!

This is a great spot. It is located on a large plot so you feel very private, almost like you are at a private resort. We had 10 people and dogs and it was very comfortable. The kitchen (gas range) and grill were great for home cooked meals. Felt right at home when we arrived. To top it off the jacuzzi made for instant relaxation. If the jacuzzi, wasn't enough water, you can just take a short walk to the ocean and watch the sunset. I would recommend and would comeback to this spot again!

We had a wonderful stay at Fernglen. It was well stocked, clean, updated and didn't really lack anything we needed (except maybe Kleenex). The grounds were so cute and serene. The view from the master bedroom and the deck off the master was great. We took advantage of the well maintained hot tub and were fortunate one night to have a star filled sky to enjoy while we hung out in it. We will definitely stay here again next time we go to Lincoln City!
