Upscale beach shack. The whole thing feels like it was just delivered from a showroom, in a good way. It’s super comfortable and functional with just the right stuff in it. It’s small but not tiny, well appointed with tasteful decor, fixtures, kitchen stuff and bedding. It’s not in the listing, but the couch is a hideaway. It’s also long enough to be comfortable without pulling it out (there would be very little space in the living area if it was open). We have had everything we needed and the hosts have been super on it with communication, including helping us get an early check in as no one was staying the previous night, and they were super on it with a water issue we had (I think we might have been the very first guests here!). They even left us a bottle of wine. Truly fantastic location in a quiet part of town but steps from everywhere. Easy and safe parking. Cute little grocery a few blocks up with healthy snacks and totally respectable produce section if you wanted to cook (and a killer selection of Tillamook ice cream pints!). TheIr sister store at the other end of town has a bigger selection of groceries, and chicken strips and jojo’s for the inevitable last minute “I’m hungrys”. Restaurants are beach town touristy, prices a bit inflated, quality and service is down when it’s busy, but I’m grateful they’re here. We have loved our stay and have fallen in love with Rockaway beach and will gladly return to town and to this rental.

Really nice brand new place steps from the beach. Has everything you need for a lovely home base on the Oregon coast ! Brand new everything and really nicely equipped. Did not have some basics like coffee filters or kitchen staples like salt, pepper, oil, etc. but that’s probably because it’s a brand new place. Would happily stay here again next time I’m in the area !

The property has a nicely outfitted kitchen and is attractively decorated. I could not find the pots and skillets and contacted the host who told me they are in the oven drawer. Duh! But he was nice about it. We would stay again.

This is a cute, clean rental very close to the beach. Stocked up with all the essentials, comfortable bed and couch, and loved that the TV had ROKU. The owner was very quick to respond when we had a question about the shower late at night. They worked with us to promptly address my concern. My husband and I were very comfortable spending our wedding anniversary weekend at this cozy beach getaway.

Really enjoyed this beautiful new place to stay! Perfect walking location to the beach and a little grocery store. Not many restaurants in this sleepy little beach town but nice to have a quieter place to explore and plenty of nearby towns to eat at if you Want more options- manzanita, wheeler, etc as well as beautiful beach and forest hikes!

Great cottage in a cute little town! Loved the aesthetics, layout and cleanliness of the Airbnb. The host was very professional, eager to help, and communicative. Location was just a few minutes away from an amazing beach! Wished it was a little closer to Cannon Beach/Seaside but lovely if you’re looking to be away from the busier areas. Overall, really great place to stay!

Great place to stay! Just a jaunt from the beach, which wasn’t nearly as crowded as the main hotel beach area. Cutely decorated. Small, but perfect for two! This was just what we needed for an extended weekend at the beach. Great communication from the host as well. Def recommend. :)

Very clean and as advertised for amenities. One block from the beach next to the highway but the noise is minimal. Train comes through briefly a few times a day. Compact space is a tight squeeze if you’re using both the bedroom and sofabed, which prevents walking through the living room when it’s pulled out. Tip: pots and pans are hidden in the pullout drawer beneath the stove. Parking is next to the unit - pull over as far as possible so the two rental units on the other side of the driveway also have space.

We arrived right after a big storm came in and the power had been out. We were having some issues because of that and the property manager was incredibly helpful with making sure everything was taken care of as quickly as possible.

I booked a last-minute trip to the coast with my dog. The host was extremely responsive and my request was approved same day. The neighborhood was quiet and two minute walk from the beach. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay here! It is a cute cottage and across from tbe beach. Perfect spot to hunker down or make a base for travelling to other parts of the coast. The unit management had forgotten to put towels but promptly responded to our request and had someone deliver them in an hour. Overall nothing to complain about and it was quiet and peaceful at night.

Beautiful house! We really enjoyed our stay here. It took a minute to figure out how the hot water in the shower worked, but there was hot water! Super easy to find and walkable around Rockaway Beach.

This is my favorite place now! Roomy, nice sized bathroom and spacing all around! The hot water in shower is actually reversed to the cold knob so be sure to do the opposite to get hot water! Everything was clean, lots of storage space, relaxation, beach is literally a walk away, good amount of natural lighting and no shared walls with neighbors as there is a gap! The price was great and I was there alone so if traveling alone, pick this one! Haha. Full kitchen and utensils provided! Plus dishwasher!

Overall was a very cute place, the neighborhood is quiet, host was very responsive, everything was very organized, only thing to note is that not all the dishes were clean.. some were very nasty, and there was a few stains on the linen, others than that, it was very nice stay, host was great

It was a good location! It could get a little warm in the bedroom if you didn’t have the windows open, but I could see why people would think it made things quite noisy leaving them open. It wasn’t a problem for us when we stayed ! Very cute and cozy place ! Was lovely to have a full kitchen!

This cottage was cute and perfect for a long Thanksgiving weekend! It looks like the photos. New appliances. Well stocked with amenities. I’ve stayed in really dumpy places that cost more. This little place is cute and beachy. It was definitely dog friendly. That being said.. it was clean in all the places it should be (sheets, bathroom, kitchen area, wood floors). Dogs have been on the comfy sofa and the comforter before we arrived and we were totally cool with that since we brought ours. Might deter some folks that don’t bring dogs. It was clean but with dog hair. The only reason I would subtract points is the smell. The unit has been redone but in its past life, someone smoked in the unit and it definitely lingers. It’s a coastal property and they do tend to smell a bit musty but it was tolerably funky. It was quiet and close to the beach and downtown activities. It was a really good stay and we will go back!
