Wonderful space and best location right on the beach. Hot tub is way bigger than we thought it would be The kitchen had everything we needed The master suit is AMAZING! There were some old rusty heating registers that were on the ceiling in the additional bedrooms- not something I’m guessing the owner would notice unless they were lying on the guest beds looking up. No biggie- just feedback for something you might think about swapping out for more particular guests - but everything else was so wonderful, this is definitely a 5 star for us.

Absolutely wonderful house right on the beach! Not too far of a drive to get to some shops, cafes, restaurants, etc. Host was incredibly easy to communicate with and very helpful. The house sleeps the advertised guest count very comfortably. We had a large group and not once felt like we were crammed together. Massive eating / lounging area with a beautiful view of the water that was great for large group dinners, games, and just hanging out and chatting early mornings and late evening. A really great find and would love to come back if we’ve got a trip with a large enough group again!

We enjoyed Casa Pacifica very much. We were six adults and three children under 10 years. The house was very clean and spacious with every possible kitchen and recreation amenity we could possibly want. Questions we had were answered promptly. The beauty of Arch Cape is a real plus.

What a beautiful beach house!!! We had an amazing time---from the hot tub on the deck to the ocean just footsteps away, from the well-appointed and large kitchen to the massive windows lined with chairs so you could just sit and watch the sea, from the five bedrooms with clean linens to the three bathrooms with plentiful towels----there were so many things to love about this location!!! Our issues: we absolutely FROZE the first night. We were able to troubleshoot and found that the air filter for the furnace was totally clogged----air was almost unable to pass through it at all. My husband found some extra filters in a closet and changed it, and after that we had no more trouble being cold because the heat actually was able to pump!! The second frustration was with communication with the rental company. Anytime I sent them a text I would get an automated reply only---we were put off regarding questions about early check-in and late check-out. I have never experienced this level of inability to get information from ANY PLACE we have stayed before & found it super frustrating. For these reasons I would probably look somewhere else next time we stay at the beach.

Location is the BEST, could not be closer to the beach. Loved watching the waves right from the front room. Plenty of space for everyone to sit and enjoy meals together, games, reading and even a separate table for puzzles. Beds comfortable, only complaint was regulating the heat - bedrooms on the main floor were cold while upstairs was very warm, but we kept the master windows cracked open and had bonus of hearing the waves all night. Would love if the upstairs bathroom had a shower (has a tub with handheld sprayer which would be fine for kids but we were a group of 13 adults). But having the 2 bathrooms on main floor accessible from the hallway not through a bedroom made it work just fine for our group. Kitchen very well stocked, had everything we needed and more. Overall loved the house and amenities and would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing time at Casa Pacifica! The location is spectacular and the house is comfortable and well appointed. The house is right on the beach and when you walk in, you'll be greeted by a stunning view of the ocean. We knew it would be on the water, but were impressed by how close the ocean really is. We were there in December for the king tides, which makes for incredible storm watching! The amenities are great as are the sleeping arrangements. We appreciated the well appointed kitchen which was open to the dining and living room. The hot tub and wood burning fireplace (we brought duraflames and a couple bundles of wood) were very welcome in the winter. It seems like a great house for any season, and we'd love to come back in the summer!

Our family of 10 spent the weekend at Casa Pacifica and it was wonderful. The windows of the house that face the ocean are astounding- you cannot get a better view than what this house offers. The communication with property managers was great and very prompt to reply. The bedroom upstairs has the best view of the house and the bed was extremely comfortable. There is no TV in the living room which for us was wonderful- we played games and did crafts and cooked together. It’s exactly what we were after! This is a beach house so I do not expect 100% perfection- the elements are hard on the house and sand gets everywhere. The pics were accurate and the space was as expected. I would 100% stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful location and the house was just as pictured. Access to the beach right in your backyard. There are tons of hikes/scenic view/tide pools a couple minutes away in each direction. The hot tub was our favorite feature on the property. Perfect for star gazing on the one clear night we had. We did have a power outage the last day of our stay, but the property manager was communicative throughout the outage. Would absolutely recommend this house.

We loved our time here. The house is even better than the pictures. Right on the beach. We sat at the windows for hours watching the waves. Beautiful sunsets. Amazing access to a very quiet beach. Host was very responsive! We would absolutely recommend this home!

Unbelievable beautiful view and location! Amazing stay at this Airbnb. We had a family reunion here with 7 adults and 2 kids and there was lots of space for everyone. We could have just stayed in the Airbnb the entire time because the direct access to the beach and view from the house was incredible. The floors of the house could have been cleaner, and there was some trash outside the house because of raccoons, but the host cleaned this all up quickly. Highly recommend this location and we all hope to visit again in the future!

We had the pleasure of staying at Casa Pacifica & it was the perfect getaway. The beachfront location couldn’t be better, situated at the heart of Arch Cape with just a few steps to the beach. The lack of hills or stairs to the beach was especially convenient for my 85-year-old father & it made the area ideal for volleyball & badminton. One of the highlights was that dogs are welcome! Our group of 13, including kids & adults, had more than enough space to relax comfortably. The house comes fully furnished with all the comforts of home, and even though I brought my own mixer, it wasn't necessary as the kitchen was well-stocked. The hot tub was a huge hit, especially after a refreshing swim in the ocean. It was serviced mid-week, with friendly and flexible staff who made sure it was in top condition. The outdoor deck was spacious, with plenty of seating, allowing us to enjoy meals al fresco while taking in the stunning views. The kids especially loved their private loft upstairs & we found a great collection of games and books for entertainment. The bathrooms were thoughtfully equipped w/quality toiletries & hair dryers, and there were plenty of towels for everyone. Victor, iTrip was wonderful, responding to our questions promptly, even after hours. The check-in & check-out process was seamless & when we needed extra time due to a car issue, Victor was incredibly accommodating. Casa Pacifica provided everything we needed for an unforgettable stay. We highly recommend!

We had SO much fun here! We went to Cannon Beach but our private beach was much cooler. We were so excited to discover the arch in the rock-we had no idea it was there. I would definitely stay here again.

Recently a group of friends who had been in business together for more than 30 years decided on a reunion at Casa Pacifica. Years earlier we had been regular renters of the beach front home, and we decided to go down memory lane. This time however, we were without our children, who are now grown and unfortunatley, could not join us this time. All of them were very envious of our week away from our "normal lives." Things have definitely changed (for the better) since we were last there. The bathrooms have been redone, new paint, new countertops and cabinetry. King-sized beds! Nice beds, nice linens. Well stocked kitchen for when you want to cook and eat in. No hot tub before, now there's a nice one there. The decor is perfect for the beach, not too fancy, but fanciful. The very, very best thing is the beach access--just outside our west facing window. Lovely weather ensured that we had the best week! and in fact a great week was had by all. Check in and out couldn't have bee easier and the communication I had with ITrip people was always cordial and helpful. Situated between Cannon Beach and Manzanita you're in the perfect place to go either direction for groceries or a round of golf. I would very much recommend it to adults with and without childeren, there are fantastic memories to me made there. No complaints from me. I'd go again in a heartbeat, even if it were stormy. Beautiful fireplace wouldmake for a cozy view of the stormy ocean.

The property is fantastic with great beach access! The common space was spacious and warm with stunning views. The hot tub was in great working order and very clean and enjoyable. The property management was very responsive and immediately replaced a broken sink handle we alerted them to upon arrival. The house feels pleasantly lived in and we made great memories and look forward to returning.

Casa Pacifica is the perfect oceanfront vacation home for a family! My husband and I, our grown children and their partners, and our two grandchildren each had our own spaces as well as a large kitchen and family room to bring us together. Gorgeous wraparound views of the ocean, wood burning fireplace, hot tub, the sound of the surf lulling you to sleep, a private sandy path to the beach--what more could you ask for? The kitchen was well stocked, the beds extremely comfortable, and the BBQ just outside. iTrip texted us all the information we needed ahead of time and made check in and checkout a breeze. We can't wait to return!!!

Very nice home and great location! We would think about this location again but will likely go to different locations for the experience. However, I would recommend that, during cold weather months, the heat needs to be turned on a few hours before guests arrive. It took several hours to warn the house up to a comfortable level. Also the dishwasher was very dirty inside. Be aware, this is an older home with fewer outlets than newer spaces. Just an FYI.

Had a great time at Casa Pacifica. Was perfect for a big group plenty of space. Loved the long dining table - We had a private chef come and it was perfect. They even had little placemats so we could dress us the space.

This is a beautiful home, in a beautiful location with a beautiful view! It was comfortable whether it was with a few people or a full house. The house was very well equipped. We were impress with the owners inn the week before we arrived, during our stay and as we checked out. We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary in the very house where we were married in1975 and it was nice to be back there again.

You can't beat the view or proximity to the ocean. 20 steps off the deck and you are on the sand! Well-equipped house with plenty of room to accommodate a large group inside and on the deck. It was the second stay at Casa Pacifica. We made wonderful memories both times. We will be back!

Property location is actually to die for. Beautiful beach. Not touristy. Private and tranquil. Custom hot tub was actually the cherry on top. If you stay in this house you HAVE to use the hot tub. It’s a pretty unique house with some corky things about it to put into perspective it’s not brand new construction so if you like new new this place may not be it but that said the space was perfect, clean, and the stay was amazing.

Casa Pacifica was a wonderful place to celebrate a 30th birthday bash with family. The view was stunning and we loved the access to the beach. The house was the perfect spot for all of us to stay together. We so loved starting our day with a good cup of coffee taking in the incredible view of the Pacific Ocean. Highly recommend.

This stay was our top favorite at the coast. Big hot tub with ocean view. About 10 steps and you're on the beach. We built a fire pit with the nearby stones. The view in the upstairs bedroom is stunning. Love the Spanish style. Tons of board games. All around a 10/10!
